高校师生关系新问题的反思和对策
摘要
师生关系是教育过程中最重要、最基本的人际关系。这种关系的性质和水平对教育教学活动的效果具有重要作用,对教师和学生的身心发展都会产生深刻的影响。从一定意义上说:教育结构的运行归根结底是在教师和学生之间进行的。因此,在深入实施教育改革,全面实施素质教育的今天,对和谐师生关系的深入研究就显得十分重要了。作为大学核心角色的教师和学生,他们的人际关系模式既决定着人才培养的质量,又关系着高等教育发展的方向,大学师生关系应该呈现出宽容、和谐、平等、交流、互动的特征。因此,关于大学师生关系的研究是一个很有意义的课题。本文从师生关系的历史发展和时代对师生关系提出的要求分析出发,通过分析师生关系异化表征,有的放矢地对和谐师生关系促进策略作一些初步的探讨。全文共由四部分组成。
第一,引言。该部分简要阐述了选题缘由,并对师生关系的定义和师生关系的类型做了文献综述。
第二,当前高校师生关系中出现的新问题。该部分提出了研究的问题:当前高校师生关系出现的不和谐现象。
第三,关于当前高校师生关系新问题的反思。该部分分析了问题的成因,主要着手方面为:传统师生关系的历史遗留影响;市场经济快速发展带来的冲击;多元文化发展的影响。
第四,建构和谐师生关系的展望。该部分首先提出了和谐师生关系的要素:平等,民主,爱与尊重。然后针对如何建立和谐的高校师生关系给出了建议策略:更新教育教学观念,改革高等教育管理制度。
The teacher-student relationship is the most important and fundamental human relationship in the process of teaching. The character and level of the relationship has important effects on education and teaching, with the notable influence on the physical and mental development of both teachers and students. To a certain degree, education runs between students and teachers basically. Therefore, the profound research on harmonious teacher-student relationship is very important, especially with the implementation of education reform and quality education. As the core roles in university, the relationship pattern between teachers and students, decides the quality and the direction of the higher education. The characteristics of relationship between university teachers and students should be tolerant, harmonious, equal, and full of communication and interaction. Therefore, the research on the teacher-student relationship is a significant topic. This dissertation by the analysis of some latest problems of teacher-student relationship, discusses the historical development and requirements of the relationship between students and teachers, and tries to give some strategies for building a harmonious teacher-student relationship. There are four parts in the dissertation.
Part One: introduction. In this part, the author puts forward the reasons for innovation of this study, and does the literature research about the definition of teacher-student relationship, and the main types of it.
Part Two: latest problems in the current teacher-student relationship in higher education. In this part, the author introduces the object of the research—the problems which have appeared lately.
Part Three: analysis of the latest problems in teacher-student relationship. In this part, the author analyzes the main reasons resulting in those problems, which are: historical reasons of traditional teacher-student relationship; the great concussion resulting from development of market economy; and the influence of multi-cultures.
Part Four: prospect of building a harmonious teacher-student relationship. In this part, the author first points out 3 main elements for a harmonious teacher-student relationship: equality; democracy; love and respect. Then, as for how to build a harmonious teacher-student relationship, the author gives some suggestions: to renovate the views of education; to reform the management systems of higher education.

The teacher-student relationship is the most important and fundamental human relationship in the process of teaching.
