基于ASP平台的产品网络化定制系统研究与应用

摘要
在我国的经济发展中,以中小企业为主的区域制造的产业集群是一个显著特点。面临激烈的市场竞争,企业信息化是提高其综合实力和市场竞争力的关键,而国内的中小企业由于缺乏资金、专业技术人才等因素,其信息化始终举步维艰,总体上仍处于起步阶段。中小企业如何利用计算机技术和网络通信技术构建并实施产品网络化定制系统,满足客户需求的多样化,扩大企业的市场占有率,提高市场竞争力已经成为我国经济发展的关键。
     因此,本文结合ASP服务模式的基本理论和产品定制的特征,重点研究了一种基于ASP平台的产品网络化定制系统的开发实现技术,保证了产品网络化定制系统的通用性、灵活性;减少了不必要的重复开发,降低了开发成本,提高了开发效率;并且为系统提供了统一的信息交换与集成方式,使系统可以在不同环境下安全高效地实现信息交互共享。
     个性化产品不同于共性产品,也不同于单件产品,它能满足相同基本功能和使用者的特殊要求。本文研究了装配型和功能型个性化产品的定制过程,讨论了基于并行设计和产品族设计的定制产品的设计方法。
     由个性化产品定制过程呈现的重要特征,本文对基于ASP平台的产品网络化定制系统进行了总体研究,分析了整个系统的总体框架、物理结构和体系结构。并在此研究基础上,建立了系统的功能模型,然后对系统的工作流程进行了研究。
     在产品网络化定制系统总体研究基础上,本文研究了系统开发涉及到的部分关键技术,包括基于产品族的产品设计方法、产品数据管理机制、基于SOAP定制产品信息传输实现机制、基于XML定制产品信息转换实现机制和结合VRML和Java的定制产品的三维可视化的实现技术。
     在对产品网络化定制系统中的关键技术进行研究的基础上,分析了系统的开发环境,开发了实例系统,验证了论文提出的思想、方法的合理性和可行性。
     最后,对本文的研究内容进行了总结,并展望了进一步的研究工作。
In the development of our nation's economy, industry cluster is a remarkablecharacteristic on the center of middle-small sized enterprises in a region. In the faceof the drastic market competition, the enterprise information is a key to enhance itscomprehensive strength and competitiveness on market. However, due to lack offunding, the deficiency of the specialized technical talents and so on, domesticinformation in small and medium-sized enterprises steps forward roughly throughout,which contributes to the schedule still at the scratch line in a whole. It is crucial to ournation's economy development that how middle-small sized enterprises construct andimplement product networked customization system to be adapted to global marketcompetition and diversity of customer needs and improve the rate of the marketoccupy by taking advantages of computer technique and communication technique innetwork.
     Therefore, in view of features of basic theory of Application Service Providerservice mode and product customization, a kind of implementation technique onnetworked product customization system based on ASP platform will be put forwardin the thesis in order to improve networked product customization system's flexibilityand general characteristics and help enterprises construct and implement networkedproduct customization system fast and low cost. Furthermore, the implementationtechnique will ensure information exchange, in different condition, stably and fast.
     Individual product different from the common product and single-item product,it can meet the same basic function and the special requirements of users. The thesisresearches the customization process of the assembly and functional individualproduct, discusses the design method of customizing product based on concurrentdesign and product family design.
     According to the important characteristics of individual product customizationprocess, the thesis researches the framework, physical structure and architecture ofwhole product customization system. And on the basis of this research, it establishesthe system function model. Then, the workflow of the system is researched.
     Based on the overall research on the system, the thesis makes researches onsome key techniques which including product design technique based on productfamily, the management mechanism of product information, the realizationmechanism of customization product information exchange based on XML andconversion based on SOAP and the technique of the three-dimensional visualizationtechnique based on VRML and Java.
     Based on the key techniques of system which are researched, networked productcustomization system based on ASP platform has been constructed. It validates therationality and feasibility of the ideas and methods which are put forward in thethesis.
     At last, it summarizes that the research contents and the research work.Furthermore, it figures out about the next research work.
