基于公用电话网络远程报警系统的研究和开发

摘要
随着电子技术的发展,单片微型计算机因其具有体积小、集成度高、可靠性好、性价比高等突出优点已在智能仪表、工业控制等方面得到了广泛应用。而随着人们生活水平的提高和安全防范意识的增强,有关家庭、办公室和仓库等处的安全防范和自动报警系统的开发研制日益被科研单位和生产厂家所重视。现在市场上虽有各种名目繁多的报警装置,但多由于可靠性较差、功能单一或造价较高而难于普及,因此如何开发和利用单片机来构成家庭、仓库、银行等地的安全防范系统,忆成为众商家关注的焦点。本文将从硬件设计和软件构成介绍一种单片机控制的智能远程电话语音报警系统。该系统由用户通过键盘输入十组电话号码作为语音报警对象,预录可长达20S的语音信号说明警情发生的地点,设防状态下即可方便地实现多个设防点的信号检测并迅速进入自动报警状态。该系统可由用户通过键盘预先设置语音、扬声器、先语音后扬声器三种方式报警,而任意一种报警过程均可以由用户通过键盘输入密码加以终止。另外,该系统可实现电话并机和掉线的检测,紧急状态下也可由主机或遥控按键实现直接报警,是一种适合于家庭、办公室和仓库等处的可靠性较好的安全防范装置。目前该产品已研发成功并投放市场,预计将产生良好的社会效益和经济效益。同时,随着生活水平的日益提高,人们对住宅的多功能化要求也大大提高,如何利用现有的计算机及通信技术对小区抄表及安全防范进行集中管理,已经成为信息产业的热点技术,这种集防盗报警功能和通讯管理功能于一体的单片机产品将具有良好的发展前景。
With the development of the electronic technology , The single chip computer is widely used in the field of industry controller and intelligent instrument because of its special superiority. With the increase of the standard of living, many manufacturers pay more and more attention to how to apply single chip computer to design a kind of long-distrance intelligent alarming systen against theft which is connected with telephone line. Although there are many alarm systems in the market, many of them have high misinformation and low performance. A kind of automatic microcontroller remote alarming system by telephone is introduced in this paper about the hardware construct and software design . The user can input ten groups of telephone number regarded as alarming objects through keyboard and record some information lasting 20 seconds to tell the site. This system will give an alarm quickly according to the signal inspected from many sites which are required to be checked . This system can alarm by telephone or speaker , it also can alarm through telephone and speaker one by one. The user can be able to stop alarming through the correct code inputed by the keyboard . At the same time the system can check the cutting or parallel connection of telephone line . when danger the user can also give an alarm quickly through the keyboard or through the remote controller . At present , the product has been put into market. It is a kind of security safeguard device which is suited to home, offce, storehouse and so on.
