美容连锁ERP系统的设计与实施

摘要
ERP是新一代融入了先进管理思想和方法的现代管理信息系统,其功能必须符合企业业务需求,并通过相适应的实施方法进行实施。
服务企业及其连锁机构的高效运作,全部都得益于集成化的信息化管理,特别是高效的物流业更是如此,虽然美容连锁服务业作为服务业的一部分已发展了近20年,但是美容连锁服务业迅速发展还是在近几年,由于美容连锁企业发展相对传统制造业晚很多,同时规模也不如传统制造业,因而美容连锁企业ERP系统在国内并不成熟,真正实施ERP系统的美容连锁企业并没有,相关研究文章也不多。本文结合美容连锁服务行业ERP应用现状分析,部分设计了符合美容连锁服务行业业务需求的集成信息系统,研究讨论了在现有条件下我国美容连锁服务行业中企业ERP建设的实施问题、实施过程、实施方法与策略。
首先,本文对ERP概念、发展及主要功能模块做了简要介绍,分析了我国信息化系统现状、我国ERP发展中存在的问题和中小企业实施失败的原因。
随后,本文重点通过美容连锁企业业务需求,设计了符合美容连锁企业的美容连锁POS系统,实现POS系统与ERP系统集成,提出了完整的美容连锁企业ERP系统实现方案;对ERP系统实施方法进行了研究,提出了美容连锁企业ERP系统的实施方法(SIM),同时通过实施美容连锁企业ERP系统,首次提出了完整的美容连锁企业ERP系统的实施方案,为其它未实现信息化系统的美容连锁企业提供参考。
最后,本文总结了美容连锁企业实施ERP系统的应用价值,对美容连锁ERP系统的实施方法进行了评价。
ERP is a new generation management information system which has advanced management ideas and methods need to meet enterprise business needs, and be compatible with its implementation.
A large number of service enterprises and their chain of the highly efficient operation are all benefited by integrated information management, especially in the logistics industry. industry especially efficient, although beauty chain services has been developed as part of services for nearly 20 years, but the rapid development of beauty chain services is in recent years, due to the development of the beauty chain is much later than many traditional manufacturing industries, while the scale is not as traditional manufacturing, so beauty chain ERP system is not mature in China, There is no beauty chain enterprises really implementing the ERP system ,there are not many research articles about this. This paper analyzes the status quo about the application of Enterprise Resource Planning (abbreviated as ERP) of Chinese beauty chain service industry, designing the information systems to meet the beauty chain services business needs, Discussed the ERP implementation, implementation process, implementation methods and strategies of the beauty chain enterprise under the existing construction in China .
First, this paper briefly introducing the ERP concept, development and main modules analyzing the current situation of China's information technology systems, our ERP system development problems and the reasons for the failure of the implementation of ERP for SME.
Subsequently, this paper through the business needs of the beauty chain enterprise, designed the POS system to meet the beauty chain enterprise's business needs, achieving the integration of POS systems and ERP systems, Made a complete beauty chain ERP system Implementation program, Studied on the ERP system implementation methods of beauty chain ,it proposes the ERP system implementation method(SIM) of the beauty chain enterprise ,At the same time through the implementation of the beauty chain enterprise ERP systems, first proposed a complete beauty chain enterprise ERP system implementation plan . To provide reference for other beauty chain enterprise those have not achieved information systems.
Finally, this paper summarizes the application value of implementation of beauty chain ERP system; the implementation of beauty chain ERP system method was evaluated.
