自动售货机运营管理专家决策系统研究与设计

摘要
自动售货机普及迅速,其运营管理成本也与日剧增,给自动售货机运营商带来了巨大压力,专家决策系统作为智能化,自动化的解决方案引入自动售货机运营管理中去,实现了自动售货机运营管理中决策的智能化和自动化。
     首先研究了专家系统技术和决策支持系统技术,提出以专家系统的推理机为主,结合决策支持系统技术的系统设计方案。其次对自动售货机运营管理的实际要求进行了需求分析,设计了自动售货机运营管理专家决策系统(缩写为VMEDS)的总体结构,并建立了VMEDS的专家系统原型。
     然后针对自动售货机运营管理的具体要求,重点设计了部分决策支持模型,采用遗传算法解决了MTSP问题,从而使商品配货的成本最低化;结合概率统计思想对其缺币率进行计算,达到了货币配发的最佳配置;建立了自动售货机运营管理故障树,设计了自动售货机故障诊断模型的知识库,解决了故障诊断的智能化问题。根据部分模型的仿真,结果表明模型具有一定的可行性。
     最后提出用C++和CLIPS的混合编程实现自动售货机运营管理专家决策系统的开发,并成功将CLIPS应用到故障诊断决策支持模型的开发中。
     设计了一个可行的自动售货机运营管理专家决策系统方案,降低了自动售货机运营管理成本,提高了管理效率,具有实际应用价值和重要的现实意义。
Vending machine develops rapidly and spreads widely. Meanwhile, the increasing cost of operation management puts great pressure on operators. Expert Decision System is introduced into Vending machine operation management, which makes the decision in Vending machine operation management intelligent and automatic.
     Firstly, the thesis takes research on expert system technique and decision support system technique, mainly supported by inference engineer of expert system and combing decision support system, the system design is proposed . Secondly, basing on the analysis of realistic demand for vending machine operation management, the system architecture of vending machine operation management expert decision system (short for VMEDS)is designed. And prototype of expert system is built.
     Moreover, according to the detail demands of Vending machine operation management, a part of decision support models are designed. MTSP is solved by the genetic algorithms to minimize the cost of the merchandise distribution. The perfect coin supplement is achieved by probability Statistic method. Vending machine operation management failure tree is set up, and the knowledge library for vending machine failure diagnosis model is designed to intelligentize the failure diagnosis. The simulation results of several models show the feasibility of models.
     Lastly, C++ and CLIPS mixed program is put forward to implant in VMEDS. And CLIPS is successfully applied in the development of failure diagnosis decision support models.
     A feasible expert decision system for vending machine operation management is proposed in the thesis, which is able to reduce the cost of vending machine operation management and improve the efficiency of the management.
