摘要
封闭式组合电器(GIS)是电力系统中的重要设备,在电力系统中使用的越来越广泛,电力部门对GIS进行在线状态监测的要求将不断提高。
    同一变电站中的GIS包含着多种设备,需要监测记录的信息名目繁多,处理工作量大。为了能够有效管理设备的各种信息,本论文开发研制了GIS状态监测综合管理系统THMS,集GIS设备、计算机网络技术与状态监测于一体,便于电网控制中心实现分级管理及设备的状态维修。
    本论文中的GIS状态监测综合管理系统THMS运行在Windows操作系统下,用可视化编程语言Visual C++开发。通过Winsock网络编程接口接收数据,通过两级映射的数据结构对数据按模块进行分类并完成数据的处理、保存和显示的功能。其中把状态监测的一些主要任务流程抽象出来,设计了通用的网络通信、图形显示、数据存储、安全、数据库接口等模块。
    针对现有的电气设备监测应用软件比较普遍存在的可重用性差、重复开发严重和维护困难等问题。本文也在软件中应用了组件技术及面向对象技术。目标就是提高GIS状态监测综合管理系统的适用性、扩展性,在能够很好的满足现有的监测要求的基础上,逐步实现对变电站中其它电气设备的状态监测管理。系统远期目标是实现设备状态监测和变电站SCADA、MIS系统的数据共享、互通互联,本论文为这一目标打下一定基础。
    本论文的综合管理系统目前只包含一套GIS状态监测系统,该系统为分布式系统,软件和硬件均分为上位主机、客户机和下位机三部分。综合管理系统运行于上位主机和客户机上。上位机和客户机的配置都为高档PC,在上位机上需要安装SQL Server 数据库管理系统。
    本论文中GIS状态监测系统的下位机为PC/104嵌入式微机,主要由A/D采样模块和CPU网络模块组成。下位机软件运行在DOS操作系统下,用C语言开发,包括主程序、定时中断子程序和封装的函数库。下位机完成对三种GIS状态量的监测(包括采集和预处理)和数据通信的功能。
    经过实验室调试和测试,GIS状态监测综合管理系统达到了设计目的。
Gas insulated Switchgear (GIS) is an important equipment in power system. It has more and more applications, and there is an increasing demand on the technical of GIS on-line condition monitoring.
    GIS consists of different equipments in a substation, therefore, GIS condition monitoring includes different items, and needs a heavy workload. For effective management of different equipments and their operations, a GIS online condition-monitoring integrated management system is developed to integrate GIS, computer network and condition monitoring. This system makes it convenient for the control center of power system to implement classification management and condition maintaining.
    The GIS online condition-monitoring integrated management system is operated in Window OS, and is developed with Visual C++, Winsock. The server receives the data form different clients, and classes the data through the two-level map system, implements data processing, saving and display. In this system, different functions are organized into some modules, including network module, graphics module, data processing module, security module and database module.
    Object Model and Object Oriented Technique are used in the system to improve the system's applicability and expansibility. On the basis of it, the system will be used to monitor other electric equipment. Long-dated object make it possible to link SCADA, MIS and equipment condition monitoring to share data each other.
    In this thesis, the system is a distributed one whose model is client/sever, including server, sampling client and data sharing client. The integrated management software is operated in server and data sharing client. The server and data-sharing client is a pc, and SQL Server is installed in server.
    In this thesis, the sampling client is a PC/104 embedded microcomputer that consists of the A/D model and the CPU/Ethnet model. The software for client runs under DOS operation system and is developed with C language. It includes main
    
    program, interruption sub function and functions library. The client implements sampling of data, pre-processing, and data transfer of three kinds of variables.
    The online condition-monitoring integrated management system has passed through lab debugging and testing, and can run normally and smoothly. All destined aims of work have been achieved.
