摘要
水平定向铺管技术是一种最具活力的非开挖施工新技术,具有导向准确、有利环保、效率高、安全、施工速度快、穿越长度长、深度深等特点,可用于铺设或更新天然气管道、石油管道、给排水管道、热力管道、电力电缆、电信电缆等各种管线工程,在西气东输管道工程中发挥了重要作用。
     定向铺管辅助设计软件是基于大型水平定向钻机开发的,可以方便的设计出定向铺管过程中的几个重要参数并把钻杆在地下的走向以三维图形的方式描绘出来,使现场的工程技术人员更好的了解钻杆的走向,进而更好的控制钻杆的方向。该软件系统解决了在定向钻施工参数计算和手工来绘图的问题,大大提高了施工人员的工作效率,从而提高了工程的经济效益。
     本文介绍了定向钻辅助设计软件的背景以及国内外定向钻图形软件的研究情况,开发定向钻辅助设计软件的意义,以及在该论文中完成的主要工作以及解决的主要问题。分析了现有定向钻软件的现状,给出了解决方案。同时介绍了定向钻图形显示系统的特色及主要功能。论述了二维图形和三维图形显示技术,并利用该技术实现软件各项功能的思路和方法。
Horizontal directional drilling is one of the most vigorous new non-excavation construction technology. It has a lot of merits such as accurate orientation environment-friendly, high efficiency, safe, fast construction speed, long crossing distance and depth. It can be used to build or renew a wide range of pipelines such as an oil-gas pipeline, water supplying or drainage pipeline, heating pipeline, power cables, telecommunication cables. It has played a significant role in the West-East Transportation pipeline project.
     Horizontal Drilling Graphics Display System is developed for giant horizontal drilling. The underground alignment of drill rod could be seen in the way of graphics for the engineers and technicians on the construction site to have a better understanding of the alignment of the drill rod so that they may have a better control over its direction. The software system has solved the problems involved with manual drafting in directional drilling.
     The efficiency of the construction crew has been greatly improved along with better economic returns. This dissertation introduces the background information of directional drilling graphics display system as well as the latest domestic and foreign research and development on the software, the significance of my developing directional drilling graphics software in addition to the major work I have done on the project and major problems which have been solved. It analyzes the current situation of directional drilling software in use and provides the solution. It also introduces the main characteristics of the directional drilling graphics display system and its main functions. Moreover, it illustrates two-dimension display technique as well as the ideas and approaches to fulfill the functions of the software with the technique.
