晋中学院一卡通系统的设计与实现
摘要
一卡通即一卡通用,其中包含了射频识别技术、集成电路技术、智能卡技术、自动控制技术、微机技术、网络技术、数据库技术、身份认证技术、网络安全技术等相关技术。为了方便校园管理以及校园学习生活而建立的基础数据平台,是数字化校园进程的一个重要组成部分。一卡通系统通过信息化的手段,将学校各种管理信息系统和相关资源进行有效整合,充分利用,并加以优化,提高学校工作人员的工作效率,方便教师学生的在校生活,并推动学校的管理水平进一步提高。
晋中学院是一所全日制多科性本科院校,多年来在校园信息化方面进行了一些探索和实践,开发了一些管理信息系统,从运行的情况看,总体上工作效率不高,各系统资源共享程度低,信息孤岛还大量存在。校园一卡通系统的建设将统一这些管理信息系统,大辐度提高校园信息的共享程序,使学校的信息化管理水平得到明显提高,使学校管理工作再上一个新台阶。本文对晋中学院信息化建设的现状进行了研究和分析,根据晋中学院管理和信息化的需求,讨论了一卡通系统的总体设计思想、技术路线选择和方案设计;对系统进行了详细的模块划分及设计,对后台数据库的选择和使用、数据的管理策略、前台终端机的设计部署、系统的安全性措施等关键问题进行了讨论和描述。
本文的贡献是根据晋中学院的实际情况,勾勒出一卡通系统的实际概貌,指出了建设一卡通系统用到的各种技术和管理方案,为实际建设一卡通系统提供了基础。
Smartcard namely card in common use, contains radio frequency recognition technology, integrated circuit technology, smart card technology, automatic control technology, microcomputer technology, network technology, data base technology, identity authentication technology, network security technology and correlated technique. It is an essential data platform established to make campus management as well as study life much convenient, and as well an important component in the process of campus informationization. Smartcard system by means of informationization can reorganize, make full use and optimize system of information about management and its related resources. It can raise school staff's working efficiency, make teacher’s and student’s lives convenient, and contribute to further enhance in management level of the school.
JinZhong University is a full-time polytechnical undergraduate university. For many years it has carried on some explorations and practice on campus informationization aspect, and developed some management information system. It looks that, as a whole the working efficiency is not high, the degree various system resources is low, and the isolated island of information still massively exists. The construction of campus smartcard system will unify these system of information about management, greatly enhance the sharing program of campus information, enable the school informationization management level to have some distinct enhancement, and cause school administration work again to get a much higher stair. This article conducts a research and analysis on present situation of informationization construction in JinZhong University. According to the demand of JinZhong University management and informationization, it discusses about the general design thought on smartcard system, technology route selection and project design; It carries on detailed module division and design for the system. It also discusses and describes key questions such as backstage database's choice and use, data man strategy, onstage terminal's design deployment, system’s secure measures.
This article makes great efforts to outline actual reality of smartcard system in JinZhong University outlines a cartoon system to despise generally actually. It suggests various technology and management plans in constructing smart card system and provide foundation for actual construction.
