摘要
本文综合了检测、传感器、测控网络、自动控制、计算机应用、信息处理等技术领域的最新知识,对高压水泵站控制系统进行了研究及分析,详细地介绍了该系统的整个设计过程及设计方法,成功地研制了该系统,并应用于工厂的实际生产中。
    高压水泵站控制系统是向水压机提供高压水的动力供给系统,其控制的可靠与否,直接影响水压机群的正常生产,影响铝管、棒军工材的供给,危及工厂人员生命及设备的安全。
    本文在讨论控制系统的设计方法和实时软件开发方法的基础上,利用总线测控网络技术、通信技术、控制技术和传感技术对系统的检测系统、硬件系统及软件系统进行了设计。实现了压力、流量、温度、水位等的在线检测以及站内设备的上位机监控。
    该系统的研制成功不仅满足了生产实际需要,而且为测控网络系统的硬件系统设计、软件系统设计、传感器的选用以及总线测控网络系统的组网技术作了成功的探索,实现了测控网络系统的信息集成,是一种既能适应未来测控技术发展,又符合工业现场特点的经济实用的网络测控系统。其控制方法的研究具有广泛的应用价值和技术上的实用性、先进性。
The latest knowledge of measurement and control network technology, sensor technology, automation control technology, computer application technology, information treatment technology etc. are synthesized in this thesis. A general research on control system for the high-pressure water pump station is studied. In the thesis, the design method and design processes step by step is described in detail, so, the system has been developed successfully, and applied in the factory
    High-pressure water pump station is a power-provided system to supply high-pressure water for water pressure equipments. The reliability of control system influences the production of water pressure equipments and purveyance of aluminum type, stick materials; sometimes it endangers the life of workers and equipments in good repair.
    The design method and the developing method of the real-time software of measurement and control are analyzed in the thesis. Based on the build-network technology, communication technology, control technology and sensor technology under the situation of measurement and control bus-network system. The system includes check system, hardware system and software system. It can take intelligent measurement with three clutches on the line simultaneously. It also can display measurement curves, file reporting etc. in the same time.
    The system fits the requirement of the production perfectly, and a way to integrate the measurement and control bus-network system is found. The problems such as how to select the hardware, how to design software and how to choice the sensor, were resolved. The information integration of the measurement and control network system is realized. This method can meet the future requirement and make the system have good qualities easily, economy and suitable.
