城市主干道级配碎石材料组成分析与应用研究

摘要
随着半刚性基层沥青路面结构在高等级公路中的广泛应用以及对其研究的加深,其缺陷逐渐被研究者认识,大量的使用情况调查表明,反射裂缝是半刚性基层沥青路面的主要病害,是造成高速公路沥青路面早期病害发生的重要原因。而级配碎石基层具有良好的排水及消除反射裂缝功能,随着对其性能的进一步认识,级配碎石基层沥青路面结构将会成为我国高等级公路路面结构多样化发展的重要结构之一,基于这一背景,论文就级配碎石性能及应用进行了研究。
     本论文首先研究了级配碎石的基本性能及其影响因素,分析级配碎石材料技术指标,研究级配的影响因素,不同成型方法下不同级配的级配碎石力学性能,提出应优选振动成型法,考虑最大粒径和级配组成选出最佳级配。接着采用均匀设计法研究各档粗集料对级配及骨架间隙率的影响。采用贝雷法对级配进行检验研究,确定最佳级配。
     其次,研究了级配碎石基层沥青路面结构的设计方法,对级配碎石基层沥青路面力学性能进行分析。通过对国外级配碎石沥青路面设计方法的研究,提出适合我国的级配碎石沥青路面设计方法。通过bisar程序进行力学计算,分析级配碎石模量和厚度对路基顶面压应变和路表弯沉的影响。
     最后,结合工程实际进行路面结构设计,级配组成设计和施工工艺研究,提出利用力学性能检测手段结合常规压实度检测手段进行检测控制。提出合理的施工技术指南。试验路的铺筑成功的解决了中南湿热地区级配碎石施工工艺问题,为今后的柔性基层推广使用提供支持。
The semi-rigid base asphalt pavement is applicated widely in this time, but following the deeper research of the structure, the weakness of this pavement is realized by researcher gradually. The vast survey data show that the reflection crack is the main problem of the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement, also it is the major reason of the disease in the early stage of the asphalt pavement in highway. For the satisfactory performance in drainage and reflection crack elimination of the graded crushed aggregate base asphalt pavement, and following the deeper realization of this pavement, it will be an important structure in the diversified development of highway pavement in our country. Based on the above mentioned, this dissertation researched the performance and application of the graded broken stone.
     Firstly, the dissertation research the basic performance of graded crushed aggregate and it’s influence factor, analyse the technical data of the material used in graded crushed aggregate, research the different mechanical properties in different graduation by using different molding methods to confirm the influence factor of graduation and advance that the best graduation should be made up in the consideration of maximum size of aggregate by prioritized use shaking molding method. Then, research the influence of all grades of coarse aggregate to the percentage of voids in aggregate by using uniform design method, and confirm the best graduation by verifying use the Bailey Method.
     Secondly, the dissertation research on the design methods and analysis of the mechanical properties of graded crushed aggregate asphalt pavement, and raise the suitable design method in our country’s reality by comparing the methods in other countries. Then, the dissertation analyse the influence of modulus and depth of graded crushed aggregate to compressive strain in the top surface of subgrade and pavement deflection.
     At last, the dissertation advances that the quality control in the construction should use the mechanical properties checking and general degree of compaction checking considering the pavement structure, graduation design and construction process, also the rational construction manual. The constructed test road solved the problem of construction process in hot and sticky South China and provided the support to development of the flexible base asphalt pavement.
