基于RS485总线和433M GFSK无线数据通讯的物流仓库拣货系统工程设计

摘要
随着经济技术的快速发展,计算机、通讯、网络等技术已经逐渐渗透到物流管理的各个环节。仓储拣货系统,是物流信息化领域中重要的一环。其作用就是在对某个原料或产品仓库进行进货或者出货操作时,依靠先进的技术手段,将操作信息,在第一时间传达到指定的货位。使得拣货操作人员能够快速地在仓库中到达处理位置进行操作。其操作结果也可以快速地反馈到管理系统的计算机上。从而彻底改变传统手工拣货方式原始落后的局面。提高了物流企业拣货作业的效率,降低了管理成本。
     本论文详细叙述了一个基于RS485总线以及433M GFSK无线数据通讯的物流仓库拣货系统的工程设计。安装在每一个货位的电子标签通过RS485总线进行联网,通过货区控制器进行管理和控制。货区控制器与管理计算机通过433M ISM频段进行GFSK数据通讯,构成一个完整的通讯系统。本论文中介绍了整体的系统实现方案、各个主要设备的功能描述、硬件电路设计说明、控制程序设计说明、以及如何将信息从计算机开始,经过几种不同的通讯方式,最终发布到系统的终端,并且将终端的反馈信息返回到计算机。本论文还比较详细地介绍了在工程设计中应用到的一些关键器件的特性及使用方法。包括:NRF905单芯片无线收发器、IDT7005双端口RAM等等。
     本论文中提出的系统通讯方式设计和各个功能部件的实现方法,在物流信息化领域具有较高的推广价值。
With the quickly development of economic and technology, Many technology include Computer, Communication, Network have been applied deeply to each part of logistc management. Storehouse Picking System is a important part of logistic information technology. Via the picking system, when it's need to execute a import/export operation in a storehouse, operation information can be sent to the right goods position in firstly time. It make the picking worker can arrive the right process position in the storehouse rapidly. And the operation result can also rapidly feedback to the computer of the management system. The picking system quite change the originality and behindhand situation of manual picking operation. In the same time, the efficiency of picking operation is raised, and the management cost is reduced.
     This dissertation introduce a engineering designing work of a logistic storehouse picking system based on RS485 bus and 433M GFSK RF data communication. The electronic label which is installed in each goods-position is connected to the RS485 bus, and a goods-zone controller manage and control every electronic label of the zone. The goods-zone controller communicate with the center computer via GFSK data communication in 433M ISM band. In this way, a integrity communication system is established. The main content of this dissertation include: the whole project of system, the description of each important device, the introduction of hardware designing, the introduction of controlled software designing, and how the original information be sent to the terminal through different media and how the feedback information return. During this dissertation, there are some detail introduction of important component which are applied in the system: NRF905 single chip radio transceiver, IDT7005 dual port SRAM ,etc.
     The design of the system communication mode and the implement way of each function equipment of the system which are introduced in the dissertation ,have a high value of popularization in the field of logistic information technology.
