基于协同机制的路局调度日计划编制过程建模研究

摘要
调度日计划面向铁路日常运输组织和生产指挥,是实现铁路运输资源配置和各业务有效协同的关键,正确合理地编制调度日计划是实现良好运输秩序的前提,对调度指挥的整体效率具有重要影响。为此,本文研究了基于协同机制的路局调度日计划编制过程建模,为建立能够支撑多工种调度岗位协同编制路局调度日计划的计划协同编制平台奠定了一定的理论基础。本文对这一问题从如下三个方面进行了研究:
     首先,对复杂过程分解与合成的理论进行研究。基于一般过程的特征分析及相应形式化描述,给出了复杂过程的特征及形式化描述;提出了复杂过程的分解策略及等价性定理;提出了分解后子过程的合成策略及等价性定理;说明了复杂过程协同机制与构造的关系,并给出构造问题的形式化定义及相关定理证明。
     其次,对路局调度日计划协同编制过程建模进行研究。采用层次化建模方法,对路局调度日计划协同编制过程进行了建模。通过对现有路局调度日计划编制过程分析,提出路局调度日计划协同编制过程的总体规划,建立路局调度日计划协同编制过程层次化模型。并在对协同机制进行总体描述的基础上,构建了包含组织协同层和功能协同层的协同机制层次化模型。
     最后,基于Multi Agent技术实现了路局调度日计划协同编制平台。基于Multi Agent及Multi Agent组的结构,具体说明了模型各层相应Multi Agent组结构及相互关系;并在上述模型的指导下,成功研制了铁路运输调度管理系统(TDMS4.0)的调度日计划协同编制平台,列举了主要业务工作计划编制功能实现界面,介绍了系统的实际应用效果。
     基于上述研究,在各铁路局成功建立了调度计划协同编制平台,优化了铁路局调度日计划编制过程,实现了对参与日计划编制的多调度工种岗位协同编制计划的有效支撑,促进了各铁路局调度日计划编制效率和编制质量的提高;也为下
     一步实现跨局和部局间协同编制计划,乃至未来建立超大型全国铁路调度网络化计划协同编制平台奠定了基础。
In the field of railway dispatching and commanding system, the daily plan is the key to achieve the optimal configuration of all resources and the effective cooperation of the general transportation organization and is the precondition of keeping a good transportation order and also has an important influence to the systematic efficiency. The research on process modeling of daily dispatching plan based on cooperative mechanism in this paper provides a theory base for constructing a cooperative planning system in which all types of dispatchers are involved. This paper will discuss this issue by3aspects as follows:
     The first aspect is the research on the decomposition and composing of complex process theory. Based on general process characteristics and the corresponding formalized, this part will describe the complicated cooperative process characteristics and propose the equivalence theorem of decomposition of complex process and strategies and also propose the equivalence theorem of sub-processes synthesis strategy after decomposition and explain the relationship between cooperation mechanisms and structures of the complicated cooperative process, and give the formalized definition of structural problems and the related theorem.
     Secondly, the cooperation mechanism modeling of daily dispatching plan in railway bureau is provided in this paper. The cooperation mechanism modeling is built by the method of hierarchical modeling. Planning the existing programming process, the cooperation mechanism is described in general and then a further cooperation mechanism modeling is built according to the organizational and functional relations.
     Thirdly, a man-machine cooperation model is constructed on the basis of Multi Agent Daily Dispatching Plan. The general man-machine cooperation model is constructed according to the Multi Agent technology and the hierarchical control structure. Furthermore, according to multi-agent model, the sub-process consisting of Multi Agent group and their relationship are explained specially, and a cooperative process of the hierarchical model is constructed based on a blackboard theory.With the model provided above, Transportation Dispatching Management System (TDMS4.0) is developed and its function is previewed and discussed, especially the key technology and practical application during the implementation.
     According to the research, the essential decomposition and synthesis theory of complex process is established. Based on the theory, a new final complex cooperative process model and a Synergy Multi-Agent Technology Man-machine cooperation model of daily dispatching plan are constructed by restructuring the complex process of current daily dispatching plan. The cooperative planning platform based on the model provides an effective support for the bureau's daily dispatching plan in which all types of dispatchers in railway bureau are involved, and has the practical significance for a further cooperative planning across the local bureau jurisdiction and between the Ministry and the bureau and constructing super large network cooperative railway dispatching plan systems aiming at the whole country.
