机场物流设施布局研究

摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,航空物流的需求也急剧增长,随之也给机场带来了一系列问题,如高峰时机场拥挤、延误增加,其服务质量远不如国外机场。我国机场行业面临很大的竞争压力,急需建设满足运输需求的现代化机场。为了满足急剧增长的物流需求,国内众多机场都在进行改扩建工程。针对这种状况,本文结合国内外相关课题的研究现状,总结了一套适用于机场物流设施布局的方法,主要包括以下几方面:
     首先,在现有分区理论的基础上,按功能对机场物流设施进行分区,包括飞行区、货运区、综合办公区、飞行保障区等8个功能区,并简单介绍了各分区规模的确定原则和确定方法。
     其次,基于系统布置设计(SLP)理论,采用定量和定性相结合的方法,通过分析机场各物流设施之间的密级关系,包括物流分析和作业单位间非物流关系,对机场物流设施和货运区进行平面布局。
     然后,根据航空货运的业务需求,基于软件工程和SQL Server理论,分析并设计了航空货运信息系统的功能模块及数据库,达到满足机场服务客户、管理货物等需求。
     最后,以成都双流机场为例,介绍了双流机场物流设施的布局现状,以2010年为目标年预测货运吞吐量,并测算了设施规模,对机场物流设施和货运区进行布局,为双流机场扩建工作提供了指导作用。
As the fast development of economy in our country, the requirement of aerial logistics also increases sharply, so a series of problems are taken to airport, such as airport crowded, delay increased and so on, the service quality is not as good as oversea airports. Airport industry of our country is confronted with very big competing stress, so modern airports that can satisfy transportation demand are needed urgently. In order to satisfy logistics requirements increasing sharply, many airports are busy with rebuilding projects. Combined with the research actuality about interrelated thesis, this thesis sums up a way of logistics facility layout of airport to deal with this problem, and it mainly includes the following contents.
     First, under the analysis of current division theory, it is consisted by eleven function areas such as flight area, freight area, integrated working area and flight ensuring area and so on which are divided based on function. And the thesis also simply introduces the principle and method of every area scale.
     Second, based on systematic layout planning (SLP) theory, integrating the method of quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, according to analyze the close relation of logistics facilities including logistics analysis and non-logistics relation, plane layout of logistics facility and freight area are arranged.
     Then, based on software engineering and SQL Server theories, analyzes and designs function module and database of aerial freight information system according to aerial freight requirements, in order to satisfy serving clients and managing freights.
     Finally, taking Chengdu ShuangLiu airport as an example, the layout actuality of logistics facilities of ShuangLiu airport is introduced, and freight throughput is forecasted in 2010 as the target year, also the facility scale is calculated, and the airport layout and freight area are arranged, it guides the rebuilding engineering of ShuangLiu airport.
