面向产品生命周期的全面质量管理系统建模及实现技术研究

摘要
现代企业组织边界模糊,呈现动态性,现代质量管理遇到新的挑战。而产品生命周期跨越了组织边界,联系了供应链的各个环节,承载着企业经营的各种信息和知识。在国家863、国家自然基金和浙江省自然基金的资助下,本文围绕产品生命周期这一主题,展开了以过程为核心的全面质量管理系统建模和系统实现的研究。
     第一章阐明了课题的背景,综述了国内外质量管理系统的研究现状,总结了质量管理系统发展的趋势和热点,从而引出了本文的研究内容是以过程为核心的产品生命周期全面质量管理系统建模及实现技术的研究。
     第二章阐述了产品生命周期全面质量管理思想和基本原则,建立了产品生命周期维、质量活动维和过程组织维的产品生命周期全面质量管理的基本体系结构;结合现代企业全面质量管理的需求特点,对多种建模方法进行了比较研究,提出了产品生命周期过程全面质量管理多层次多视图集成建模方法。
     第三章在产品生命周期全面质量管理思想和系统框架的指导下,从多视图的表达、多层次的分解、多维的展开、多建模方法的应用、统一描述等方面,进行了产品生命周期全面质量管理集成建模体系结构研究。建立了以过程模型为核心,以质量规划、质量监控与质量改进为主要内容,以产品、指令、资源和质量特性链的管理为主线,以角色、动态配置作为过程组织的方式,以可拓理论进行统一描述的集成建模体系结构。
     第四章建立了质量传递与映射模型;引入可拓理论,对用户需求、产品质量、过程质量等进行基元定义和性质的描述;研究了用户需求域、产品质量域、过程质量域的质量传递与映射流程;应用可拓变换、可拓集合、关联函数、可拓熵等描述质量传递与映射关系及“质变”和“量变”的程度,由此建立了质量传递与映射关系的分析方法,并进行案例应用。在此研究基础上,以G-Q-M-M链和可拓理论描述了质量特性视图。
     第五章研究了PLCTQM模型的计算机实现的相关关键技术。研究了以扩展活动网络图元作为可视化建模工具进行过程建模;引入了XPDL,并对其进行了语义和属性的扩展研究,实现对PLCTQM过程模型进行统一的信息描述;提出了集成活动单元概念,建立了集成活动单元模型,以集成活动单元保证了各种信息的有效集成,从而保证质量信息的可追溯性和信息结构的可扩展性;研究了基于质量问题驱动知识求解的方法,提出了质量知识获取模型和质量问题诊断模型,为质量可追溯和质量问题可求解提供了可行性;建立了过程模型评价体系,提出了不确定性权数和不确定系数的评价优化方法,为过程模型评价、质量评价提供了新方法,同时为过程改进、过程优化和过程重组提供重要依据。
     第六章进行了PLCTQMS系统的实现和应用研究。研究了物元模型的UML模型的转换,建立了OOP表示物元模型;从系统需求分析出发,规划了PLCTQMS系统的功能模块和系统的总体构架,开发了产品生命周期全面质量管理系统原型;在系统实现的基础上,进行了系统的应用研究,创建一个较为完善的轴承全面质量管理的产品先期质量策划(APQP)模板;通过特定轴承企业所采集的数据对过程模型的验证研究,检验了系统建模的有效性和系统的实用性。
     第七章总结了全文的研究内容及创新点,并展望了未来的研究工作。
The boundary of the modern enterprise organization is fuzzy and dynamic. Therefore,the modern quality management is faced with new challenges.Product lifecycle across organizational boundaries,links all taches of the supply chain,and carries a variety of business information and knowledge.Sponsored by the National High Technology Research and Development Program of China,the National Natural Science Fund of China and the Provincial Natural Science Fund of Zhejiang,TQM system modeling at the core of process and system developing are studied in this dissertation,which is surrounded the theme of product lifecycle.
     Chapter one introduces the background of research,surveys the current research situation of quality management system,and summarizes the development trends and hot spots of quality management system,which leads to this dissertation research contents.The research content includes product lifecycle total quality management system modeling at the core of process and its key techniques.
     Chapter two illustrates the ideas and basic principles of Product Life Cycle Total Quality Management(PLCTQM),establishes the basic architecture which consists of the product life cycle dimension,quality activities dimension and process organization dimension.Considering of the characteristics of modern enterprise's quality management and based on a comparative study of various modeling methods,a multi-layer and multi-view integrated process modeling method of product life cycle total quality management is put forward.
     In chapter three,the integrated modeling architecture of PLCTQM is studied on the multi-view expression,multi-level decomposition,multi-dimensional unwinding, the application of modeling methods and unified description under the guidance of the PLCTQM ideas and system framework.And an integrated modeling architecture is established,which process model is as the core,quality plan,quality control and quality improvement as the main content,the management of product,order,resources and quality characteristics as the main line,role and dynamic deploying as the process organization style,and extension theory as the model unified description.
     In chapter four,the quality transferring and mapping model is established.The basic elements such as customer demand,product quality and process quality etc.are defined,and theirs natures are described by introduction of extension theory.The quality transferring and mapping is studied from customer demand domain to product quality domain,and to process quality domain.The relationship of mapping as well as the degree of "qualitative change" or "quantitative change" can be described by extension transform,extension set,correlation function,extension entropy and so on. Therefore,the analysis methods of quality transferring and mapping are established. And a case of quality mapping is studied.The quality characteristics view is described by the Goal-Question-Method-Metric(G-Q-M-M) chain and extension theory also in this chapter.
     In chapter five,the computer realization of PLCTQM model and the key techniques related are studied.First,expanded activity node diagram as visual modeling tools applied to process modeling is researched.Then,introduces XPDL,and extends its semantic and attributes,as the unified description language for the information description of PLCTQM process model.Then,the concept of integrated activity cell is put forward,and its model is set up,which can ensure the effective integration of information and guarantee the quality information traceable and information structure extensible.Then,the approach of quality problem-driven is studied,and the quality knowledge acquisition model and quality fault diagnostic model is proposed,which makes the quality traceable and quality problem solvable become feasible.At last,the evaluation system of process model is set up,the optimization evaluation method of uncertainty power and uncertainty coefficient is put forward as the process model evaluating and quality evaluating,which can provide an important evidence for process improvement,process optimization and process reengineering.
     In chapter six,PLCTQMS system realization and application research is carried on.The transform of matter-element model and UML model is studied,and how to express matter-element model by OOP is also discussed.Based on the analysis of system requirement,the function modules and the general framework of PLCTQMS are planed,and the prototype of PLCTQMS is developed.Empirical application research is conducted after system finished.An Advanced Product Quality Plan(APQP) template is created for beating manufacturing enterprise's Total Quality Management. An empirical research of process model is made by collecting data from specific bearing enterprise,which verifies the effectiveness of system modeling and the practicality of system.
     In chapter seven,all research and innovation in this dissertation is summed up and the future research is prospected.
