大尺寸轴类零件温度检测系统的研制

摘要
为解决工件表面温度便捷、高精度在线测量的难题,研制了一套大尺寸轴类零件温度检测系统。本论文介绍了温度检测系统的硬件、软件设计及部分理论分析与试验工作。硬件设计包括测温方式与传感器的选择、测温元件定位方式的研究、温度巡回检测仪的选定和介绍以及巡检仪转接装置的研制等。软件设计包括对所设计的用户界面和各功能窗口的介绍,并对在调试软件的过程中遇到的一些问题进行了分析。最后分析了系统误差,并计算了系统误差对热变形测量结果的影响。
     该多路温度检测系统已成功应用于大尺寸轴类零件(水轮机、汽轮机止口)加工时热变形误差补偿的试验中。
     该系统还可用于机械制造业其他零件的在线加工中,实现工件非均匀温度场的实时检测,指导工件尺寸的热补偿。
In order to solve the difficult problem of which the workpiece surface temperature can be conveniently online measured with high precision, we developed a set of temperature measuring system of large-scale shaft parts. The hardware and software designs of the system, partial theory analysis and experimentation are introduced in the paper. Hardware designs included the selection of temperature measuring methods and sensor, the studying of orientation mode of temperature measuring element, the selection and the introduction of temperature data logger and the development of transit equipment. The software designs included the introduction of UI (user interface) and function windows. Then some problems were analyzed in the software-debugging course. Finally the system error was analyzed and its effect was calculated to the measuring result of thermal distortion.
    The multiplex temperature measuring system had applied to the experiment of compensating thermal error of large-scale shaft parts (water turbine, steam turbine parts) in machining process triumphantly.
    The system could be also used in online machining of some other parts in machine manufacturing, to realize the real time detection of non-uniform temperature field and guide the thermal compensation of workpiece.
