南昌大学学生工作管理系统的研究与设计

摘要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,办公自动化系统越来越受到高等院校学生工作部门的青睐。办公自动化系统是办公信息处理的自动化,即利用计算机网络技术、通信技术、系统工程、人机工程等,使人的各种办公业务活动逐步由各种设备、各种人机信息系统来协助完成,实现网上公文运转及处理,信息上下双向流动及外部交换,数据汇总与共享,事务管理,办公信息发布与查询等。高校学生工作办公自动化系统的使用,可使高校学生工作在校园内初步形成一个以人、计算机、网络和信息为一体的办公体系,在促进学生工作资源信息共享,建设资源节约型校园,提高管理效能等方面,发挥了重要的作用。
     本文对涉及办公自动化系统的以下相关知识进行了探讨:
     1、详细介绍了办公自动化的特点、现状和发展趋势,并对办公自动化实现技术进行了分析研究。工作流技术是办公自动化系统的关键技术,本文着重对工作流管理系统体系结构、工作流参考模型、工作流系统实施步骤进行了详细的阐述,并结合项目特点,提出了符合本项目需要的公文处理工作流方案。
     2、.NET平台是Microsoft公司在2000年6月公开发布的一个软件开发平台。.NET平台主要的控件之一是.NET Framework。.NET Framework有两个主要组件:公共语言运行环境(Common Language Runtime,简称CLR)和.NETFramework类库。CRL是一个软件引擎,用来加载应用程序,确认它们可以没有错误地运行,进行相应的安全许可验证,执行应用程序,然后在完成后将它们清除。.NET Framework类库是一个与通用语言运行环境紧密集成的可重用的类型集合。.NET平台的另一个主要组成是ASP.NET,ASP.NET用来开发驻留在微软的Internet Information Server(IIS)上并且使用诸如HTTP和SOAP等Internet协议的Web应用程序。ADO.NET是.NET平台中的数据访问组件。本文对以上内容分别进行了研究探讨。
     3、目前开发办公自动化系统有B/S和C/S两种结构,基于关系数据库的办公自动化系统的开发也有.NET和J2EE两种主流技术平台。本文通过对它们的研究比较,最终选择在.NET平台上采用B/S结构开发。为了系统的安全,本文对办公自动化系统的安全控制进行了研究,并在开发过程中得到了实施。本办公自动化系统已经投入使用,得到了用户的肯定和好评。
With the swift and violent development of the information technology, the office automation (OA) system receives the favor of college student working office more and more. OA system works automation of information processing, utilizes computer network technology, communication, system engineering, ergonomic ,etc, makes various official working operational activities with people's help finished by various apparatus, various man-machine information systems progressively, realizes the operation of the online official document and the flows of information which can be changed from head to foot ,with data gathered and shared, transaction management, work information issued and inquired, etc.. Use of OA system college student work, can make college students work and form one as integrative official working system including person, computer, network and information in the campus tentatively, promoting student work resource information sharing, building the resource saving type campus, improving and managing respects such as efficiency ,etc., has played an important role.
     This paper discusses the following context about OA system.
     1 .This paper introduces the characteristic, situation and the developing of OA system in detail. Workflow technology is the key technology of OA system, and the paper also discusses the achieving of the workflow management system, reference model and implement steps of workflow system and then put forward the scheme of process document accord with this project.
     2. .NET Platform is a software developing framework with released by Microsoft in June 2000. One of the main control of .NET Platform is its framework. The framework includes two main components: common language runtime (CLR) and .NET framework class library. CLR is a software engine used to load applications, confirm them to run without any errors, verify the security license, execute them and clear them when work is finished. .NET framework class library is a repeated class collection that integrated with CLR. The other component is ASP.NET, which develops the Web IIS resident program using Internet protocol such as HTTP, SOAP. ADO.NET is the data access component of the .NET platform. This paper studies the above contents separately.
     3 .Browse/Server(B/S) and Client/Server(C/S) are structures to develop OA system at present. .NET and J2EE are major platform used for developing OA system based on the relational database. The paper research above technology, then using the B/S structure develop this system based on the .NET platform. For the safety of this system, the safety technology is researched and applied in this OA system. Now this OA system has been applied and successfully and gained nice commendation by the consumer.
