CAD/CAM技术在球头立铣刀设计制造中的应用

摘要
本文研究了CAD/CAM技术在高精度数控刀具设计及制造中的应用,开发了高精度数控刀具CAD/CAM集成系统,并应用于球头立铣刀加工制造中。主要研究内容包括:
     1.采用快速设计的理论和方法,如基于特征的参数化建模及加工过程动态仿真等技术,建立了高精度数控刀具CAD/CAM集成系统的总体框架,在大型商用CAD软件——Pro/Engineer平台上,建立了产品的三维设计模型、数据库及设计知识库。
     2.在三维模型的基础上,对数控刀具的三维结构模型进行了优化分析,对刀具性能与设计参数之间的关系进行快速评价,优选出最佳的刀具几何参数,以提高其切削性能。
     3.利用CAM软件由工艺文件生成NC程序,采用数控加工仿真手段来检验NC程序的正确性,在计算机上完成数控刀具加工过程的动态仿真。
     4.在获得正确的NC程序之后,由计算机直接驱动数控机床,完成复杂数控刀具的快速制造。
     5.在现有数控加工软件的基础上,添加适合企业需求的相关专用参数化模块,如:外圆轮廓及沟槽加工模块,并提供友好的人机交互界面,完成数控刀具特性结构加工专用模块的开发,实现了通用刀具的快速制造。
In this dissertation, application on technology of CAD/CAM for the design and manufacturing of ball end cutter is studied. The CAD/CAM integrated system of high- precision NC cutter is developed, which has been applied on the design and manufacturing of ball end cutter. The main contents of the dissertation are as following:
     1. The theory and method of rapid design are adopted, such as parametric modeling based on feature and dynamic simulation of processing course, the overall frame of the high- precision NC cutter CAD/CAM integrated system is built, the 3D design model of product, database and the design knowledge-base are built by using the large-scale commercial CAD software - Pro/Engineer platform.
     2. The 3D structure model of NC cutter is optimized analysed on the basis of 3D model, the relation between the performance of the cutter and design parameter is appraised rapidly. the best cutter geometry parameter is selected for improving the cutting performance.
     3. NC procedure is produced from the craft file by using CAM software, NC simulation of processing course is adopted for checking the validity of NC procedure, the NC cutter dynamic simulation of processing course is finished on the computer.
     4. The NC lathe is drived by computer directly,then the complicated NC cutter is rapid manufactured after receiving correct NC procedure
     5. The relevant special-purpose parametric module which suits enterprise's demand are added on the basis of NC processing software existed, such as the module of round profile and groove, the friendly human-computer interaction interface is offered, the development of processing special module of characteristic structure of the NC cutter is finished, the rapid manufacturing of current cutter is realized.
