索网式缆索起重机配套设备的辅助设计系统

摘要
计算机辅助设计(Computer Aided Design.通称CAD),是随着计算机及其外围设备发展而迅速形成的一种新兴的现代设计方法。它的发展与应用已经为提高设计质量和效率、提高产品的市场生存和竞争能力,发挥了十分明显的作用。电子技术和计算机技术的发展,带来了类型众多、性能优良的计算机辅助设计硬件设备的问世。各种图形处理装置不仅已形成产品,而且已成为CAD的一般配置,使CAD技术迅速向工程技术中各个领域的广度和深度渗透。但是,由于种种原因,目前,计算机辅助设计方法的应用在本行业并不多见。
     工程图纸是索网式缆索起重机机械生产的基础。多年的积累使很多生产企业都积存了大量的图纸,这些图纸的管理和维护成为一个难题。CAD技术的普及,极大地提高了企业的生产效率。但如何有效地管理工程图纸,提高工程图纸的利用率,仍是他们迫切需要解决的一个课题。
     关于计算机辅助设计和图纸管理研究,早在90年代中期就已经蓬勃地开展起来了,也越来越被生产企业所重视,有关这方面的参考文献有许多,讨论的范围比较广泛,提供的研究素材也很多。本人在进行充分调研之后,借鉴其他成熟技术,开发出本系统。
     系统在Windows2000操作平台上,用VisualBasic6.0可视化语言开发,包括辅助设计与图纸管理两个子系统。其中辅助设计子系统应用面向对象理论、部件编程技术、OLE(ObjectLinkingandEmbedding)技术,用多文档视图结构实现了各设备零部件的辅助设计。图形管理子系统在已有工程图纸管理系统的基础上,针对本行业企业的特点,有所创新和完善。同时使用了MFC(HicrosoftFoundationClasses)技术,使得该系统的功能更强大,界面更良好,可视化程度更高。
     本课题以设计能实现索网式缆索起重机相关设备零部件设计及其图纸管理,适合大中小型各类生产企业的实用的计算机管理系统为总体目标。从分析企业的各种技术需求和功能需求入手,再根据功能需求分析和系统设计的总目标,对系统的总体结构和各子系统的结构进行设计。然后确定系统环境的硬、软件支撑,按照设计好的系统结构,对可视化界面和各功能模块的程序进行设计。在解决好系统所需要实现的各种基本功能的基础上,重点解决如何在系统中打开、编辑图形,如何进行设计计算程序的编制,以及如何在系统中调用其它应用程序等等。最后将测试和调试好的应用程序编译成可执行文件,并制作成应用程序软件包。
     本课题将其他研究人员的经验和结论与作者自己的一些想法和观点有机的综合在一起,在如何实现利用计算机进行索网式缆索起重机设备的辅助设计与图纸管理方面做出了有益探讨。整个应用系统具有一定的实用性、可靠性、安全性、通用性,操作方式简单,用户界面良好。
Cable-net-crane is widely used in Mining Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Hydrotechnics Engineering, Environment Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Energy Engineering and etc., but exclusive softwares is not developed as mobile > manufactrue machinery does. So we are going to develope a professive sofeware of it .People can improve the technology-level of the companies.
    Computer Aided Design is a new method of design developing as quickly as the technology of computer and its accessories do. Engineering drawings are fundamental to CAD and CAM. A CAD and Management of engineering drawings soft system in crane machinery factory was discussed and designed in this paper. An engineering drawing management software using OLE and Windows2000 platform was developed,which was embedded in CAXA software and can realize multi-document view(MDI).The developed system enhances the functions such as inserting drawing and drawing preview compared with the existing drawing management systems.The interfaces of this software become more friendly,the functions more powerful and the visualization better as a consequenceof adopting the technology of Microsoft Foundation classes(MFC).
    The research on computer aided design and engineering drawing management was begun in the middle of 1990' s.More and more companies lay their emphsis on the research and the use of CAD&Drawing Managentment. But because lack of money and technology,the companies of cable-net-sytle-Crane are eager to develope and use the software.This is the sisuation of the companies of cable-net-sytle-Crane now and is also the basis of my research and development.
    To realize the CAD and drawing management of cable-net-sytle-Crane,! develope the sofeware with which you can design machine and management the engineer drawings with the help of computer.First job is investigating the need of clients which include need of technology and usementNext job is structure designing.Then write the program and input them to the software in VisualBasic enviromentLast job is desiding the software and appliance used in the software system and debugging the program.After finishing the jobs,the software was developed and it can be gave tothe client.
    This paper is consises of the author and some people's research and experiences of design and management. It just a step on the road to successfully develop a CAD and drawing management software.So I hope there be someone who developed better software in future.
