基于组件技术的CAPP系统的研究与开发

摘要
随着制造业信息化的不断深入和完善,现代计算机辅助工艺设计系统(CAPP)面临新的需求。本文在综合分析这些需求的基础上,指出目前的CAPP系统在分布性、重构性和柔性方面的不足,并对基于COM/DCOM组件技术的CAPP系统构架及其主要功能组件进行了研究。
     本文首先分析了基于组件的CAPP系统的体系结构,设计了以功能模块为工具组件构成的组件库,然后详细描述了系统的工艺信息模型和工艺数据库设计,最后研究和开发了工艺卡片定制组件和工艺规程编制组件,重点讨论了工艺卡片定制组件实现过程中的若干问题,并给出了部分应用实例。
With the informatization of manufacturing industry becoming more and more deepened and perfect, new requirements are put forward for the modern Computer Aided process Planning (CAPP) system. On the basis of analyzing these requirements, this paper points out that the CAPP systems being used nowadays are insufficient in the characteristics of distributing, reconstructuring and flexibility; then a solution of developing a new CAPP system based on Component Object Model/Distributed Component Object Model (COM/DCOM) is researched.
    Firstly, this paper analyses the architecture of the component-based CAPP system, and a tool-components library is constructed with various tool-components. Secondly, this paper describes in detail the process information model and database design of the system. Finally, researches are made, with some examples, for the development techniques of process card customizing component and process planning editing component, and some technology and methods in designing process card customizing component are discussed.
