广西膨胀土地区桂来高速公路设计研究

摘要
广西是我国膨胀土分布较广的地区,膨胀土性质也有较大差别,由于膨胀土地段路基路面设计的不合理给膨胀土地区的公路建设和养护带来较大的损失。因此研究广西膨胀土地区路基路面设计具有十分重要的意义。
     本文结合广西地区的自然气候条件、交通状况、路基状况、筑路材料及路基路面破坏特点,对广西膨胀土地区桂(平)来(宾)高速公路设计进行了研究。得出的结论如下:
     1、广西膨胀土主要分为三大类,再按地层和岩性,每大类又可分为两个亚类。广西膨胀土矿物成分主要以伊利石和高岭石为主,蒙脱石含量不多,其化学成分的特点是高铝高铁、富钾、贫镁和钙、硅铝比较高。
     2、广西膨胀土地区路基的主要病害有:冲蚀、泥流、溜塌、坍滑、滑坡、沉陷、纵向开裂、坍肩和坍滑。引起广西高速公路路基路面破坏病害的原因主要有以下几个方面:1)路基路面设计不当、2)施工质量较差、3)不良工程地质条件的影响、4)施工管理不善。路基主要病害有边坡滑坍和路基不均匀沉降。
     3、广西地区常用于路面基层和垫层的材料有:水泥稳定碎石、二灰稳定碎石、水泥稳定砂砾、二灰稳定砂砾、级配碎石填隙碎石、天然砂砾和级配砂砾。
     4、广西高速公路路基膨胀土作为路床填料时,主要进行改性或冲稀材料处理,使填料满足路用要求。在施工中主要采取掺灰及掺矿渣的处理方法,并且在路基设计施工中考虑膨胀土长期保湿防渗封闭严实,使土体不受外部气候、雨水影响。
     5、确定了一般路基横断面、路堤高度、低填浅挖和高填路段及桥头台背路基等的设计方案,并对存在膨胀土路段的设计原则及方案进行了筛选。对填挖方路基防护工程、路面设计原则以及路面和路基排水设计原则的方案进行了比选论证。
Guangxi is China's expansive soil a wide distribution area, expansive soil properties alsohave bigger difference, because expansion land section roadbed design unreasonable land to theexpansion of the highway construction and maintenance bring great losses. So the guangxiexpansive soil area roadbed design has the very vital significance.
     This paper guangxi area of natural climate condition, traffic and roadbed status, roadmaterials and roadbed damage characteristics, expansive soil region of guangxi in a highwaydesign. The conclusion is as follows:
     1. Guangxi expansive soil mainly divided into three categories, then press the formationand the lithology, each of the groups and can be divided into two subgroups. Guangxi expansivesoil mineral composition mainly by illite and kaolinite is given priority to, montmorillonitecontent is not much, its chemical composition is characteristic of high aluminium high iron, richpotassium, magnesium and calcium, poor silicon aluminium is quite high.
     2. Guangxi expansive soil area of the main diseases have roadbed: erosion, mud flow, slipand fall and smooth, landslide, subsidence, longitudinal crack, and the shoulder; and smooth.Cause guangxi highway roadbed disease causes damage of mainly in the following aspects:1)the roadbed incorrect design,2) the poor quality of construction,3) bad engineering geologicalconditions, effects of4) construction bad management. Roadbed of main disease slope slide isand roadbed and uneven settlement.
     3. The region of guangxi is often used in pavement and cushion of materials: of the cementstable macadam, two ash stabilized macadam, cement stabilized sand gravel, two ash stabilizedsand gravel, gradation rubble fill in the gap rubble, natural sandy gravel and gradation of gravel.
     4. Guangxi highway subgrade expansive soil as road bed packing, main modification orblunt rare materials processing, make the packing meet with requirements road. In theconstruction of the main content and content to ash slag, the processing method of the subgradeconstruction and the design of expansive soil moisture seepage control long considered up close,make the soil from external climate, rain water effects.
     5. Sure the general cross-sectional roadbed, embankment height, low light dug and high embankment fill sections and the bridge sets back the design scheme of roadbed, etc, and theexistence of expansive soil road design principles and scheme selection was conducted. To fill inthe excavated one protection engineering, design principles and road surface and pavementdrainage design principles of subgrade scheme than the election demonstrates.
