摘要
随着经济全球化的推进和中国加入WTO,每一个企业今天所面临的商业环境都在不断的
    改变,各行各业的竞争日益加剧。要想在风云变幻、大浪淘沙的市场经济海洋中,立于不败
    之地,企业只有通过不断的增强自身的能力、特别是关键性核心能力,并通过这些能力的强
    化组合来形成企业的核心竞争力,从而使企业获得持续的竞争优势。
    本文以新疆天润乳业生物制品股份公司为研究对象,按照企业竞争战略、企业核心能力、
    企业资源整合等理论,拟通过对新疆天润乳业股份公司的所面临的环境、行业市场态势、能
    力现状及竞争状况进行研究,以便确定企业必要的竞争战略,不断培育和提升自身的核心竞
    争力。
    全文共分为四章,第一章介绍了企业竞争战略与核心竞争力理论,以及企业竞争战略理
    论中的主要理论流派——结构学派和能力学派。通过对能力学派所强调的企业生产、经营行
    为和过程中的能力为出发点,来制定和实施企业竞争战略的理论演绎,确定企业核心能力是
    企业所有能力中最核心、最根本的部分;企业的核心竞争力是由若干关键能力的有机组合,
    是排它的、其它企业无法购买、不能仿制的。第二章主要分析了新疆天润乳业生物制品股
    份公司概况、公司的业务发展特征,公司所面临的机遇和挑战、所拥有的优势和劣势以及如
    何进行价值定位,制定公司的发展战略和确立公司的总体目标,在此基础上,如何达到企业
    利润最大化和对客户的服务价值的最大化。第三章重点对新疆天润乳业生物制品股份公司
    的核心能力及核心竞争力的构成进行分析,主要包括公司的核心业务、核心产品、公司核心
    竞争力的来源和构成模式、公司核心竞争力的整体框架,结合公司的实际,运用竞争战略理
    论、核心竞争力理论对公司的资源、能力及核心竞争力的构成情况进行了全面、详细的剖析,
    界定了新疆天润乳业生物制品股份公司的核心竞争力是:在市场经济条件下,以公司核心产
    品的生产过程为核心,战略管理为载体,通过核心技术、核心人才培养、核心营销组合/界
    面管理等过程的支撑和交互作用所具备的获取企业竞争优势的能力。第四章介绍了新疆天
    润乳业生物制品股份公司核心力的培育,主要包括培育方式、培育手段、培育的基本步骤、
    所要采取的主要措施和必须要克服、解决的主要问题。
