计算机辅助棉纺厂设计

摘要
本系统主要目的是根据棉纺车间布置原则,使棉纺厂车间机排图参数化和自动化。
     由于手工绘图存在许多缺点,精度不够,可重复利用性不高,费时费力。采用计算机辅助设计,大大提高了车间机排图的效率,省时省力,可以避免手工绘图的缺点。如果用AutoCAD绘制机器排列图,仍使用人机交互的绘图方式,不能完全实现绘图过程的参数化和自动化。设计人员的许多工作仍属重复性工作,设计周期长,难以满足日益激烈的市场竞争需求。
     本系统利用Visual Basic对AutoCAD进行二次开发,输入车间排列必要的参数值后,即可自动绘制纺部车间排列图,真正实现了绘图的参数化和自动化。
     由于粗纱机要求偶数台排列,其他车间的机器没有特殊要求。系统首先根据粗纱机的排列规则确定车间的边柱距、主柱距以及中央柱距的数值,然后由细纱机台数确定纺部车间的左主柱距数、右主柱距数。边柱距、主柱距、中央柱距、左主柱距数和右主柱距数是整个纺部车间共同的参数值,它们成为贯穿纺部车间的枢纽。然后用计算机语言来表达各个车间的排列规则,即用Visual Basic这种高级语言表达车间的排列规则,最终实现我们的目的。
     本文首先简要介绍了计算机辅助设计的概念和发展状况、计算机辅助设计在纺织工业中的应用、棉纺厂设计的现状和未来、以及如何把计算机辅助设计应用在棉纺厂设计中,我们采取的方法和手段。
     其次介绍了系统开发环境、棉纺厂设计过程、设置系统总的思路和方法。然后我们详细地阐述了细纱车间、粗纱车间、并条车间、梳棉车间、开清棉车间、精梳车间和后加工车间的排列规则,运用该系统绘制各车间的操作方法,编程原理。同时我们可以清楚地看见在相应的参数控制下各车间的机排图、各车间的相关尺寸图以及重要过程的程序流程图。
     车间排列图和各车间相关尺寸图都是在AutoCAD界面中形成,如果用户有特殊要求,可以很方便地在AutoCAD界面中修改、编辑图形,以满足特殊情况。由于考虑到用户不一定从头到尾绘制整个车间,我们有意识地让每个车间独立出来,使他们可以独立运行,省去许多重复性的劳动。
    
     山于时间和精力的限制,该操作系统只能在一定范围内使用,所以用户在使用时
    一定要按照程序的操作步骤和操作提示,在满足使用条件下运行程序。该系统功能完
    善、结构合理、可靠性高、操作简单、界面清晰易懂,用户可以很快的熟悉并使用
    它。
This system is based on the arranging principle of the cotton-spinning mill. Running the system, we can realize the parameter and automatization of the drawing of the cotton-spinning mill. When we enter the necessary parameters, the drawing of machines of every workshop will be showed automatically in AutoCAD screen.
    The drawings by hand have many disadvantages. First, the precision is low. Second, we cannot use it repeatedly. Otherwise, it wastes a great deal of time and energy. Adopting the computer aided design, we can greatly increase efficiency. It can save time and energy and get over the shortcomings of the drawing by hand. When we draw a map in the AutoCAD screen, it cannot completely realize the parameter and automatization of the drawing. Many labors are still wasted. Finishing an item will take much time. In the competing market economy, it cannot fit the social development.
    In order to show the drawing of the cotton-spinning mill in AutoCAD screen we make use of Visual Basic to control AutoCAD. When you enter necessary parameter in the form, the drawing of cotton-spinning workshop will be automatically showed. This system achieves the parameter and automation of drawing in deed.
    Because the number of the roving machines must be even between two poles and another kinds of machines have not special demands, the distance between the two side poles, two main poles and two middle poles have to be decided by the roving machines. The numbers of distance between the poles in the left and right have to be decided by the number of machines of the spinning machines. Since this, all workshops in the spinning will use the same values of distance between the two side poles, the two main poles and the two middle poles. Then according to the arranging principle of each workshop we write program in Visual Basic. In the end we realize our demand.
    
    
    
    In the text, we briefly introduce some context above all. First, the concept and development of the computer-aided design are introduced. Second, some applications of CAD are referred to the textile. Third, the design of cotton-spinning mill and how to apply the computer in the design are recommended.
    Then we particularly set forth the arranging principles of every workshop, the operation methods and the principles of programs in the spinning, such as the spinning workshop, the roving workshop, the combing and so on. The drawing of machines and dimensions will be clearly showed in AutoCAD screen when you run the system. If user has special demands, he can conveniently modify and compile the drawing in AutoCAD screen. In the other hand, user can also independently draw a workshop in this system so that much repeated labor can be saved.
    Users should run the system according to the operation step and cue of program. This system has perfect function, reasonable structure, simple process and clear form, user can be familiar and apply it soon.
