青少年网络道德建设研究

摘要
互联网的快速发展对人类生活的各个领域产生越来越深刻的影响。极大地开阔了人们的眼界，促进了人们的思想解放和观念更新，也改变了人们的生活方式。互联网是一把双刃剑。网络的开放性、虚拟性等特点，加之青少年的年龄特点——自制力差、好奇心强、社会生活经验少，使得网络对青少年产生了不可忽视的消极作用。
网络道德建设作为一个新问题突出地摆在了人们的面前。加强网络道德教育，增强网络道德意识，已成为一项紧迫的任务。
就象电视等媒介普及初期，社会普遍关心电视对青少年的影响一样，现在社会普遍关心互联网对青少年的影响。随着青少年网民的增加，社会在学生上网问题上的分歧已经日益明显。报纸和电视甚至专门进行了讨论。相信孩子自由的选择和家长严格进行管理的两种态度一直相持不下。到目前为止，在这个领域还未出现系统的实证研究来回答这些问题。希望通过本课题的研究，为社会舆论趋于一致作点贡献，让社会、家庭、学校等各方面的教育力量形成合力，使网络成为青少年成长的良师益友。
本文主要采用文献研究、问卷调查方法，分析了网络道德内涵，揭示了青少年网络道德的影响因素及存在的问题，并提出了解决这些问题的相应措施。
全文共分四大部分：
第一部分，论述了网络道德的概念、特点，对网络道德作认知式分析。
第二部分，分析了青少年网络道德建设的背景和必要性，在阐述网络积极影响的同时，揭示了其消极影响。
第三部分，分析了影响青少年网络道德建设的基本要素：青少年自身品德发展因素、学校教育、家庭教育、社会教育四个要素。
第四部分，探讨了青少年网络道德教育对策。针对影响青少年网
络道德建设的四个要素，提出了相应的措施。
Nowadays, network is playing a more significant role in promoting the exchange of social information, facilitating human communication and developing economy and culture. Meanwhile, the negative effects derived from the network are becoming obvious. Young boys and girls, as a huge community of network society, are both benefactors and victims of the network resources, thus bringing forth many problems. The fact indicates that it is impossible to separate young boys and girls from the network. What is the most important is that how to teach them to deal with the network correctly and to cultivate themselves and to resist the negative effects. Therefore, an exploration of network moral construction of young boys and girls is important both in theory and practice.
Based on a study of documents, questionnaires and case analysis, the paper elaborates the implication of network moral education, reveals the status quo of network moral problems among young boys and girls, and proposes some countermeasures.
The paper is divided into four parts.
The first part explains the major implication of network construction, its nature and its characteristics.
The second part analyzes the present situation and problems confronting the network moral construction of young boys and girls. While discussing the positive influence of network upon young boys and girls, it exposes its negative influence.
The third part analyzes four factors, which effect the network moral construction. They are the feature of the character of young boys and girls, school, family and society.
The fourth part explores some measures used for network moral construction and clarifies the purpose and significance of network moral construction. At the same time it points out that the educators must renew their conception and highlight the sense of network moral education;
schools should reinforce the function of network moral construction and implement network moral construction; some legislative measures should be taken to ensure the network moral construction; various social forces should cooperate with one another to carry on network moral construction; some suggestions are made.
网络道德建设作为一个新问题突出地摆在了人们的面前。加强网络道德教育，增强网络道德意识，已成为一项紧迫的任务。
就象电视等媒介普及初期，社会普遍关心电视对青少年的影响一样，现在社会普遍关心互联网对青少年的影响。随着青少年网民的增加，社会在学生上网问题上的分歧已经日益明显。报纸和电视甚至专门进行了讨论。相信孩子自由的选择和家长严格进行管理的两种态度一直相持不下。到目前为止，在这个领域还未出现系统的实证研究来回答这些问题。希望通过本课题的研究，为社会舆论趋于一致作点贡献，让社会、家庭、学校等各方面的教育力量形成合力，使网络成为青少年成长的良师益友。

Nowadays, network is playing a more significant role in promoting the exchange of social information, facilitating human communication and developing economy and culture. Meanwhile, the negative effects derived from the network are becoming obvious. Young boys and girls, as a huge community of network society, are both benefactors and victims of the network resources, thus bringing forth many problems. The fact indicates that it is impossible to separate young boys and girls from the network. What is the most important is that how to teach them to deal with the network correctly and to cultivate themselves and to resist the negative effects. Therefore, an exploration of network moral construction of young boys and girls is important both in theory and practice.
Based on a study of documents, questionnaires and case analysis, the paper elaborates the implication of network moral education, reveals the status quo of network moral problems among young boys and girls, and proposes some countermeasures.
The paper is divided into four parts.
