面向产品设计制造过程的中间集成平台研究及应用

摘要
随着企业信息化建设的不断深入,各个应用系统之间的信息共享与协同工作问题越来越受到重视。企业应用系统本身强大的功能已经不能满足日益发展的需要,而应用系统间的数据、功能和流程集成的需求越来越迫切。传统的异构系统间的集成模式存在集成功能单一、非架构化、可扩展性差等缺点,难以满足新的集成需求。中间集成平台弥补以上缺点,能够解决企业不同层次集成问题。
     木文分析了中间集成平台在国内外的发展历程和现状,包括相关技术和产品的概况,得出现有企业应用集成所而临的主要问题。根据对这些问题分析,文章提出了面向产品设计制造过程的应用系统集成需求。在这些需求的指引下,文章通过分析研究异构系统数据集成层次、数据结构、体系架构和功能模块,提出了一套基于XML数据总线型的中间集成平台解决方案。该平台是基于XML数据总线的三层体系架构,通过关系型数据与XML数据互相转换,嵌入式适配器和数据库访问等关键技术,实现CAX/PDM/ERP系统集成数据交换。中间集成平台基于模块化设计,使得具有较好的可维护性和可扩展性。
     为了对以上研究的验证,作者深入制造业企业需求调研,深入分析面向产品设计制造过程的应用系统集成数据内容、数据结构、体系架构和功能模块,运用数据集成关键实现技术,开发了基于XML数据总线CAX/PDM/ERP系统的迈特中间集成平台(MIT-MIP)原型系统。最后,作者以AutoCAD/MITPDM和UG/MITPDM数据集成为例,描述了数据集成的整个过程,再次验证本文提出的中间集成平台系统框架和实现策略的可行性。
As enterprise's informatization process stepping further, more attention has been paid to the problem of sharing information between various application systems. Most of enterprise application systems are functionally strong, but their functions have not been adapted to ever-developing business needs. However, application integration covering data integration, functionality integration and workflow becomes more and more urgent. Traditional end-to-end integration mode is not qualified for fulfilling these new requirements since it has many limitations, such as functionality singularity, non-framework infrastructure and weak expansibility. Middle integration platform (MIP) technique makes up above defects and solves different enterprise integration problems.
     By analyzing the development course and general state of MIP including the related technology and products at home and abroad, this thesis encloses some primary problems that MIP faces currently. After analyzing and describing these problems, this thesis proposes a viewpoint of overall integration needs of MIP in product design and manufacturing process. Under the lead of these needs, this thesis researches into integration layer, data structure, system architecture and function model of different application systems, and then presents a solution of MIP based on XML data bus. MIP is based on three-layer framework. It makes use of some primary technology including data conversion between relational schema and XML schema, embedded adapter, data base access to exchange integration data among CAX, PDM and ERP. MIP based on the modularized design possesses better maintainability and expansibility。
     In order to verify the research described above,the author collects integration needs from many enterprises in manufacturing, and analyzes integration data, data structure, system architecture and function model of different application systems in product design and manufacturing process. Then the author uses some primary technology to develop MIT-middle integration platform system (MIT-MIP) based on XML data bus among CAX, PDM and ERP. At last, the author uses AutoCAD/MITPDM data integration and UG/MITPDM data integration to describe data integration process, which verifies the feasibility of the systematic framework and realization tactics presented before.
