脑蛋白水解物不同剂型对青光眼视神经保护作用的对比研究

摘要
目的:观察脑蛋白水解物注射剂与片剂治疗原发性闭角型青光眼术后视神经保护作用的疗效差异,为青光眼综合治疗方案找到最佳神经营养剂型。
     方法:30例60只眼原发性闭角型青光眼患者,经手术眼压控制在10-17mmHg之间(控制不良者用降压眼药水辅助降压),按就诊先后顺序采用非盲、随机对照的研究方法分为两组,两组均口服通窍明目Ⅳ号中药汤剂,在此基础上分别给予注射剂脑蛋白水解物静点,片剂脑蛋白水解物口服。在视力、视野、视觉诱发电位方面进行治疗前后及两组间的统计学比较。
     结果:两组药物均可以稳定病人视力,改善视野,增强视神经电活动,但脑蛋白水解物注射剂疗效明显优于脑蛋白水解物片剂组,各组治疗前后比较在各项指标均有改善,但是组间差异较大,有统计学意义。
     结论:脑蛋白水解物注射剂较片剂治疗青光眼视神经萎缩具有更好的疗效
Objective:To observe the brain protein hydrolyzate injection and tablet treatment of angle-closure glaucoma after optic atrophy effect.
     Methods:30 patients 60 eyes of the original hair after angle-closure glaucoma in patients with optic atrophy, intraocular pressure control after surgery at 17mmHg or less (those with poorly controlled blood pressure drops auxiliary buck), Treatment order by a non-blind, randomized control study were divided into two groups, both groups of oral medicine decoction Tongqiao eyesight No.Ⅳ, on this basis, the brain injections were given intravenous protein hydrolysates; tablets brain protein hydrolysis material orally. In the vision, visual field, visual evoked potential side comparison of before and after treatment and compared between the two groups.
     Results:Both medications can stabilize visual acuity, improved vision, enhanced electrical activity of the optic nerve, but the brain hydrolyzate injection significantly better than the brain hydrolyzate tablets group, each group before and after treatment were improved in all indicators, and the large difference between the groups, with statistical significance, while the duration and efficacy of a relationship, the sooner after the onset of treatment, the better effect.
     Conclusion:The injection of brain protein hydrolysates in treatment of glaucoma than the tablet has a better efficacy of optic nerve atrophy.
