隧道消防报警系统开发的项目管理研究

摘要
随着我国的经济快速发展,国家基础设施建设不断完善,铁路、高速公路、机场及楼宇都在不断建设中,而建设后如何避免火灾发生,保护好人民的生命及财产安全,这需要有着一套相对完善的预警及报警机制——消防火灾报警系统。同时本系统由于大面积应用、消防知识的普及、人们对消防重要性认识的提高等多重因素影响,因此也促进了消防报警系统以迅猛的速度发展。本文的研究基于浙江诸永高速公路括苍山隧道中的消防系统应用这一项目展开。
TY电气作为全球五百强企业在项目开发和管理具备极强的竞争优势,它的管理体制、组织架构、薪酬体系在项目管理这一新兴科学中的作用起到了极为关键的作用。项目管理作为一门新兴的科学,在开发项目上具有理论性的指导意义。TY电气的项目开发完全遵循了项目管理理论的精髓,在项目开发的整个过程中,从企业的管理到项目开发和设计,以及项目的实施中,TY电气做到了有别于其他企业所不同的战略优势。
TY电气根据消防学是一门研究火灾发生与发展的规律以及火灾预防与扑救理论和技术的新兴综合性学科的特点,制定了与之相关的项目管理制度,在项目实施中,结合项目管理理论和公司企业发展战略特点展开。根据项目的特点,从项目的设计开始制定了与之相关的项目开发指导思想,遵循项目开发的特点,组建了项目管理小组,并从财务预算、质量监控等手段保障了项目开发的顺利实施。本文通过对浙江诸永高速公路括苍山隧道中消防报警系统的初步研究,进行了国内外该领域的研究现状分析。然后结合全国高速公路隧道应用现状进行了探讨,对该系统在全国高速公路隧道的分布规律以及应用情况作出了分析和研究。再通过对该隧道中三个个项目报警系统的具体应用实施后,得出具体的应用方案及结论。
最后,本文针对消防系统在全国高速公路的实际应用中可能出现的一些问题进行分析,得出结论:消防报警系统在隧道中应用非常广泛,并会对国家公共财产与人的生命安全,起到非常好的保护作用。
