陶瓷企业中计算机辅助技术与管理信息系统的应用研究

摘要
论文课题是为唐山陶瓷集团设计实施CAD/CAM/CAE一体化方案,实现企业的信息流、物料流、资金流的集成,整个工作属于唐陶集团CIMS工程的一部分。相对于C~3p(CAD/CAM/CAE和PDM)的提法,我们提出C~3M(CAD/CAM/CAE和MIS)体系,这是一种针对于陶瓷企业的定制化的经济型C~3p方案,它是一套集设计、生产与管理为一体的集成系统。C~3M一方面寻求一种各CAx等单项计算机辅助技术的集成环境及其之间的数据逻辑,另一方面,则对基于面向对象技术的MIS系统软件设计方法进行了尝试与研究。
     在本学位论文中,主要对以下几个问题进行了研究与讨论:
     (1)通过考察陶瓷企业中产品的设计制造流程,提出应用集成的三维CAD/CAM&RPM技术,从技术手段上使得产品设计精度在制造过程中得到完全保证;为提高陶瓷产品研发效率,文中提出了一种在计算机支持的协同设计环境下的陶瓷产品的并行研发模式。
     (2)考虑到中小企业的资金与技术实力相对较弱的实际情况,本文提出一种通过CAD/CAM软件的二次开发,实现产品设计信息与管理信息系统中BOM表的交互通信的方法。
     (3)针对大型管理信息的设计,本文提出了扩展的信息系统的面向对象分析工具、策略与模型,并应用基于“统一建模语言”UML的Visual Modelor 2.0作为陶瓷管理信息系统的设计工具,实现了面向对象分析、面向对象设计与面向对象编程的高度集成。在设计阶段,通过将面向对象中的关系表用传统关系数据库的数据定义语言来描述,从而实现了面向对象数据模型向关系型数据模型的转换。
     (4)系统安全是大型数据库系统设计中的一个重要问题。文中提出应用“双库技术”(即manage库和system库)的方法,通过设计一个安全保护层来隔离用户与系统数据,从而达到系统安全保护目的。
     (5)在系统实施阶段,文中给出了网络规模计算公式,以此来分析计算网络流量负荷,并将结果作为选取计算机与网络设备的依据;同时应用系统工程的网络规划技术指导系统的实施。
The project of this dissertation is to design and construct the integrated CAD/CAM/CAE scheme for Tangshan Ceramics Group. The object is to realize the integration of information flow, material flow and financial flow within the group, and what we've done belongs to the group's CMIS project.
    Corresponding to C3P(CAD/CAM/CAE & PDM), the C3M(CAD/CAM/CAE & MIS) system is presented, which is virtually an economic C3P scheme customed to ceramics enterprises. This scheme integrates the activities of design, manufacturing and production management. On one hand, C3M seeks a kind of integration environment of all items of CAx technology and the inner data logic among them, on the other it studies the object-oriented MIS development methodology.
    In this thesis, the following questions are studied and discussed:
    (1) Through the investigation of the product design and manufacturing process in ceramics enterprises, the integrated technology of 3D CAD/CAM&RPM is introduced to ensure the design accuracy to be transmitted into the manufacturing stage well and truly. Meanwhile a concurrent R&D model of ceramics is presented under the environment of Computer Supported Cooperative Design for the improvement of design efficiency.
    (2) In view of the fact that medium and small enterprises are comparatively weak in finance and technology, a method is put forward that the product design information can be interactively transmitted to the BOM in MIS by means of the users' development of CAD/CAM software.
    (3) The Extended-OOA tools, policies and model are put forward for the analysis of large-scale MIS, and the Visual Modelor 2.0 based on Unified Modeling Language is used to develop the Ceramics Products Management Information System, which integrates the OOA, OOD and OOP. The object-oriented data model is transformed to relationship data model by means of the translation of relationship tables in OODBMS to conventionally data definition language in RDBMS.
    (4) System security is one of the chief problems in large-scale database design. The method
    
    
    
    called "Double Bases"(manage database and system database) is presented to isolate the users from the system data, and thus the system security is guaranteed.
    (5) At the stage of system implementation, several formulations are presented for the evaluation of flux charge of network, which is used as the reference to select equipment of computers and network. Finally, the network planning technology in system engineering is introduced to guide the implement and construction.
