立足国情的现代精神

摘要
本文通过对中国改革开放初期（1970 年代中期至 1980 年代中期）
建筑的研究，再现了这段并不久远的建筑历史成就和表明当时这种立
足国情的现代精神对于我国当前建筑创作的启示和借鉴意义。文章首
先从现今国内建筑设计领域存在的一些问题入手，引出要研究改革开
放初期中国建筑创作的必要性。其次是铺垫——简单扼要地回眸了封
闭环境中我国现代建筑的发展历程；1970 年代初期新现象的酝酿；
以及此阶段的国内国际建筑发展背景。再次便是概况分析——从整体
上对 1970 年代中期至 1980 年代中期建筑特征进行阐述，并将重要建
筑按类型列以图表，以便读者了解那时期的建筑特征，进一步为后文
原创特点做分析平台。此外，第一批引进的外国建筑也是当时的建筑
大事，是建筑界对外开放交流、主动引进的表现成果之一，本文着重
论述了他们对国内建筑创作的影响。然后是原创性分析——立足国情
的中国现代主义建筑分析，这是文章的核心部分，以原创特点为准则
而归纳出当时建筑作品的六大主题，并在每一大主题之下，又按不同
创作特点具体加以实例分析。集中体现了这一时期中国建筑师脚踏实
地、立足国情的建筑创新精神。 最后文章又落笔到现今的建筑设计
中，一方面，倡导初期的这种建筑创新精神；另一方面，以今天主要
现实（即国情仍属发展中国家、东西城市乡村不平衡发展、面临外国
引进的冲击等）为论述对象，以改革开放初期的原创精神为依据，从
理论上尝试性地为建筑设计提出几点不成熟的建议。
After studying on the architecture creation in the early period of
Chinese reformation and open to the outside, the article reviews the
achievement of architecture during the time and indicates the spirit
basing upon the situation of our country is still valuable in contemporary
China. Firstly, with some problems revealed, the article educes the
necessity of studying the architecture during the period. Secondly, the
article reviews the course of Chinese modern architecture development,
the latency of new phenomenon during early days of 1970, the background
of China and the outside. Thirdly, the article on the whole discusses
the characteristics of architecture from the metaphase of 1970 to the
metaphase of 1980.furthermore, a table of important architecture was made
according to the architecture types, by which the readers can learn the
architecture character of that time more easily. Besides, the first group
of foreign architecture is important too, which are one of the fruit of
opening to the outside, and the effect coming from them becomes the
emphases of the text. Fourthly, the original creativity is analyzed,
which is the focus of the article. Then the article concludes five points,
which represents the characters of the architectures in that period. What
is more, there are many examples to illuminate each subject according to
different stresses. From that, we can see that the architect of that time
is honestly devoted to the situation of our country. Finally, for
today’s architecture design, author calls on the modern spirit of that
time and put forward several ideas of juvenility in the abstract according
to our country realism.
建筑的研究，再现了这段并不久远的建筑历史成就和表明当时这种立
足国情的现代精神对于我国当前建筑创作的启示和借鉴意义。文章首

After studying on the architecture creation in the early period of
