林区小城镇绿地系统规划研究

摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,城镇化进程日益加剧,城乡建设欣欣向荣。小城镇的城镇化进程已经构成我国城镇化的突出特色,成为我国吸纳剩余劳动力、解决“三农”问题的重要部分。“天然林保护工程”和“生态省、生态市、生态县”的建设工程为林区小城镇带来了发展的契机。林区小城镇绿地系统作为城镇赖以生存和发展的生命系统,其合理的研究是必不可少、至关重要的。
     本文第一部分为理论探讨。从城镇绿地系统的理论基础着手,探讨各理论与绿地系统之间的紧密联系,进一步强调城镇绿地系统的“系统性”及“生态性”,建设可持续发展的生命空间。
     第二部分,从系统角度、区域观点,以林区小城镇为平台,将城镇绿地系统层次化,初步建立城镇绿地景观生态体系,并在突破传统城镇绿地系统规划三大指标的局限建立城镇绿地系统综合指标体系,包括以景观生态学为基础的绿地系统评价指标和以生态学和城市规划理论为基础的规划实施指标,深入研究城镇应有的绿地总量及其合理的空间布局形式,发挥林区小城镇特色。
     最后,以黑龙江省方正林业局为工程实践,与方正林业局城镇总体规划同步,进行绿地系统规划研究。
Following Chinese rapid increase of economy, the urbanism process is increasingly sharpened, and the construction in urban and rural has become flourishing and prosperous. The urbanization of the small town has formed the protruding characteristic of our country urbanization, it is the important part to receive surplus labor power and solves the issue about the farmers, the agriculture, the countryside. " The engineering of the protecting natural forest" and "the construction of Ecology Province, Ecology City, Ecology County" have been brought the developed chance for the town in the forest zone. Now, as the life system of the town development and subsistence, the green system of the small town must be planned, the reasonable planning research is indispensable and utmost important.
    First part in this text is the inquiry of theory. Setting about on theory foundation of the green system, I inquire into the close contact between each theory and the green system, and stress the guidance effect of ecology.
    Secondly, I allow for System and Region viewpoint, and base on the small town of the forest zone, and divide the green system of the town into several layers and initially establish the landscape ecology system of the green system of the town. In this part, I breakthrough traditional strait quota and establish the integrated quota system of the green system of the town, the system includes two parts, one is the assessment quota which is based on the landscape ecology, another is the implementation quota which is found on the ecology and the city planning, then I thoroughly study the green all-up weight of the town and his reasonable space layout.
    Finally, taking the Fang Zheng Forest town of Heilongjiang province as the engineering practice, which is synchronically with the town planning, I study the green system of the forest zone.
