铁路工务管理信息系统的开发与研究

摘要
随着我国市场经济体制改革的不断深入和高速、重载铁路的运行,传统的维修管理办法已越来越不能适应这种发展形势。运用计算机辅助决策线路维修是提高工务工作效率、科学配置资源的有效手段。本文通过研究分析国内外相关系统的开发应用情况,结合成都铁路局课题,开发了铁路工务管理系统。
     首先,本文在对线路维修工作进行充分调查的基础上,对线路维修工作中的相关数据进行了分类、统计。并运用关系数据库的概念,对这些数据进行了初步的建库工作,主要包括:动态检测数据库、线路设备数据库、维修数据库、线路评定标准库等。并结合工务管理系统的特点,对具体的建库方法、原则进行了探讨和分析。
     其次,根据系统开发的基本原理,结合工务段、工区的维修工作的实际,对系统的功能进行了初步设计,并细化了各模块的功能。实现了对线路设备、动态检测数据和维修资料等数据的编辑、查询、统计、分析预测的功能,并以电子表格、报表、图形显示等方式进行输出。这些功能的开发,使得线路维修人员能更好地掌握线路状况,维修工作也会更具有针对性。
     最后,在借鉴国内外线路维修经验和其他部门维修工作的基础上,就系统开发和完善过程中所需要的一些核心技术进行了初步探讨,如:线路不平顺预测模型、养护—费用模型、维修决策模型等。对与其相关的评价体系,也做了初步的研究。
     铁路工务管理系统是一个庞大的系统,本论文的工作只是其中的一个部分。需要做的工作还很多,如:维修制度的改革、评价体系的建立、信息网络的建立等。愿本论文能起到一个抛砖引玉的作用。
,With the market economy system reforming and operation of high-speed heavy duty train,traditional maintenance system has been not fit in the situation more and more. Computer-aided system for railroad maintenance is an effective measure to increase efficiency .Through studying the domestic and overseas relating system and considering the project of Chengdu railway bureau ,this paper discusses the method of railway maintenance management system(RMMS) development and realize in details.
    Firstly,based upon thoroughly researching and analyzing maintenance ,we classify statistical data. By the theory of relation database ,we establish some tentative databases including:dynamic measurement ,railway equipment,maintenance data ,etc on. At the same time ,we discuss the methods and principles of database building in detail.
    Secondly,according to the theory of system development,we design the function of system and embody it in every module. Some operation upon database such as edit ,query,statistic ,forecast etc have been realized. The result can be shown in three ways:grid,report table,graphic. With these functions ,workers can master the railway status very well to manage the maintenance directed against the problem.
    Finally,on the basis of using the experience of other countries and department for reference,the thesis brings forward some critical technologies needed in system including :forecast model. maintenance-cost model ,decision method etc. Furthermore ,we have done some preliminary work of related evaluation system.
    RMMS is a massive system engineering ,what we have done is just a part of it. There are still many works to do. such as establishment of evaluation system,information net,etc. We hope this thesis can throw away a brick in order to get agem.
