基于WBS的工程项目管理信息系统研究

摘要
现代项目管理技术与工具为工程项目管理提供了科学的方法和手段,随着计算机、IT技术在工程实践中的广泛应用,工程项目管理信息系统的应用范围也在不断扩展,以往工程项目领域管理技术含量较低的传统行业形象正在被逐渐改变。
     本文以工程项目管理信息系统(PMIS)为主要研究对象,运用现代项目管理知识体系中的基础理论和方法、结合工程项目管理的特点,对WBS方法在项目管理中的应用、工程项目信息分类和编码体系、工程项目管理过程控制、PMIS在工程项目管理中的应用做了详细的分析和深入的研究。在此基础上,提出了工程项目管理中基于WBS的PMIS应用模式、提出了基于WBS的PMIS功能结构设计和流程规划方案;同时,从计算机和IT技术角度出发,结合信息系统的开发、分析、设计和实施的特点,研究了PMIS的开发策略、系统技术架构组成以及系统数据库管理方式,提出了工程项目管理信息系统应采用的复合开发策略、基于Web的三层技术架构以及系统数据管理中应采用的关系型数据库技术,并在论文中给出了相关的应用解决方案及其参考框图。
Modem project management technology and tools provide scientific method & means for construction project management. The application scope of PMIS is constantly extending along with the wide application of computer and information technology in construction and engineering practice. The traditional trade appearance of low management technical content in construction project field is changed step by step.
    This paper takes PMIS as the main object of studying, it applies the theory and means of Project Management Knowledge System, and the specific features of construction project management on the research. It makes detail analysis and deep study to the application of WBS for project management, CICS, coding system, the process control of project management and the application of PMIS in construction project management. On the basis of the above studying, the paper advances the application pattern of WBS- base PMIS for construction project management and the referenced plan for the functional structure and management process design of PMIS. based on WBS. At the same time, the paper combines with informatioin technology and the features of Information System's develop, analysis, design and practice to study the PMIS 's developing strategy, the technical frame of IS and the management pattern of database. Furthermore, the paper provides the complex developing strategy of PMIS, the three-layer technical frame based on web and the technology of RDMS. The relative referenced diagrams and content are given in this paper.
