数字图书馆知识管理研究

摘要
数字图书馆是保存知识、传播知识的平台和机构,数字图书馆的建设目标是要为用户提供满意、高效的知识服务。数字图书馆想要拓展服务功能,提升知识服务能力,势必要对知识资源进行有效的管理,也就是要开展知识管理活动。只有这样,数字图书馆才能实现深层次服务,从而实现创新发展。因此,在数字图书馆中进行知识管理的研究与实践是十分必要的也是极其迫切的。
     本文选择“数字图书馆知识管理研究”这一课题,是为了在理论与实践相结合的基础上,将知识管理的理论、方法和技术引入到数字图书馆的研究中来,探讨知识经济环境下,数字图书馆的建设与发展问题,完善和丰富数字图书馆知识管理的基本理论体系,深化并拓展数字图书馆知识管理的应用研究。
     本文着重在以下几个方面进行深入细致的研究:1.丰富和完善数字图书馆知识管理的理论体系;2.理论分析和实证研究数字图书馆知识管理的影响因素;3.构建适用于数字图书馆知识管理的模式;4.探讨数字图书馆知识管理的实施对策。
     本文在研究过程中参考企业知识管理、图书馆知识管理等方面现有研究成果,结合数字图书馆自身的特点,深入探讨数字图书馆知识管理的主要内容,界定数字图书馆知识管理的组成要素,并基于此辨析数字图书馆知识管理的影响因素。在实践方面,本文应用结构方程模型对数字图书馆知识管理的影响因素对知识管理绩效的作用关系进行了实证检验。
     本文的研究希望能够为规范我国数字图书馆建设,推动图书馆事业发展,加速图书情报机构知识化进程,以及推进数字图书馆应用知识管理理论实现全面创新和提升运营绩效做出微薄贡献。
During the Knowledge economy epoch, information technology penetrates rapidly and comprehensively to the whole process of knowledge activity, and triggers the profound changes of knowledge production, processing, dissemination, and application, etc. Human society enters an unprecedented period of rapid overall knowledge expansion. Digital library as the core services should be clearly aware of their development environment for facing the user's knowledge needs, and considering that the knowledge management should be implemented, knowledge services function should be expanded and deepened, in order to compete in the market competition for survival and development with the knowledge service advantage.
     Knowledge management as a method of enterprise management reflects management's human nature, information, innovative features and strong adaptability. Knowledge management emphasizes the management of tacit knowledge, takes improving people's ability as a starting point. Knowledge innovation as the goal of practicing knowledge management, creates an environment for knowledge sharing, provides means of mutual transformation between the explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. Knowledge management has advanced management ideas and methods, which is the inevitable choice for the digital library. Knowledge management is the shortcut and breakthrough to improve service capability and innovation capability. Carrying out the knowledge management theory and method will bring significant management effectiveness for digital library.
     Digital library is a platform and institution for preserving and spreading knowledge. Digital library's construction goal is to provide satisfactory and highly effective knowledge service for users. Digital Library wants to expand its services capabilities, promote the capabilities of knowledge service, and be bound to manage the knowledge resources in an effective way. In other words, it means to develop knowledge management activities. And only in this way can we make the digital library to achieve advanced service, also improve the innovation and development. So it’s very necessary and urgent to do the research on knowledge management of the digital library.
     At present, many domestic and foreign scholars engaged in knowledge management in digital library. They have discussed the connotation, main contents, implementation mechanism and other aspects of knowledge management in digital library, and made a lot of research results. But the study of knowledge management in digital library is soon after emergence, thus people have more abstract and theoretical investigation than application study. Knowledge management in digital library is still an urgent need in-depth study.
     This paper choose the subject---“The Research on Knowledge Management in Digital Library”, In order to introduce the theories, methods and techniques of knowledge management into the research on the digital library based on the combination of theory and practice. Under the knowledge economic environment, discussing the construction and development of digital library, improving and enrich the basic theory of knowledge management system of the digital library, expanding the applied research on the knowledge management of the digital library, so as to promote the prosperity and progress of library business in China.
     The research has important theoretical benefits and practical benefits: Standardize the construction of digital libraries, promote the development of library cause, and accelerate the process of making knowledge-based information management agencies in China; Promote the practice that digital library application knowledge management theories and methods to improve management and operating performance.
     The paper focused on the following aspects:
     (1)Enrich the theory of Knowledge Management in Digital Library
     Firstly, this paper researches on the basic theory about knowledge management in digital library. Research the connotations, objects, main contents, basic principles and technical supports of knowledge management in digital library. Points out that knowledge management in digital library including 7 aspects: knowledge organization, knowledge exploitation, knowledge sharing, knowledge service, knowledge application, knowledge innovation, intellectual property management.
     (2)Analyzes the influencing factors of knowledge management in digital library, also does empirical researches.
     Secondly, this paper points out the influencing factors of knowledge management in digital library. As well as does the theoretical analysis and empirical test with the influencing factors and knowledge management of mechanism action in digital library.
     This paper refers to domestic and foreign experts’researches for knowledge management and knowledge management in digital library, based on previously proposed elements of knowledge management in digital library (main contents), analyses influencing factors of knowledge organization, knowledge exploitation, knowledge sharing, knowledge service, knowledge application, knowledge innovation, intellectual property management in digital library. Then, this paper analyses the mechanism of action of influencing factors and knowledge management in digital library.
     On the basis of theoretical analysis, we work on the mechanism of action in influencing factors and knowledge management in digital library and make the empirical tests. The relevance of influencing factors and knowledge management in digital library was assumed, and from knowledge organization, knowledge exploitation, knowledge sharing, knowledge service, knowledge application, knowledge innovation, intellectual property management these seven areas to build up the relative conceptual modes. Using structural equation mode and applying SPSS17.0 and Amos7.O software, to test the theoretical assumptions, and the structural modeling fit empirically.
     The results of empirical test show that the seven proposed structural equation models are suitable, and 36 assumptions are validated of the total 39 assumptions, three assumptions are not verified.
     (3)Construct the pattern of knowledge management in digital library
     Thirdly, this paper studies the pattern of knowledge management in digital library. This paper considers that the pattern of knowledge management in digital library needs ponder knowledge-oriented management, human-oriented management and ability-oriented management three aspects. In digital library, knowledge resources application is the foundation, the digital library competitiveness enhancing is the goal. Knowledge management in digital library needs achieve the transformation between knowledge capital and intellectual capital, the transformation between intellectual capital and ability capital.
     (4) Research the implementation strategy about knowledge management in digital Library
     Finally, this paper discusses the specific implementation strategy of knowledge management in digital library. This paper discusses the specific implementation strategy of knowledge management in digital library from knowledge organization, knowledge exploitation, knowledge sharing, knowledge service, knowledge application, knowledge innovation, intellectual property management seven aspects, and put forwards valuable suggestions and practical guidance program.
     The chief conclusions of this paper are mainly:
     ①The affection extent in decreasing order about influencing factors for performance of knowledge organization in digital library is : technical standards for knowledge organization, knowledge storage, knowledge organization mode and knowledge organization tools.
     ②The affection extent in decreasing order about influencing factors for performance of knowledge exploitation in digital library is : knowledge reforming capacity, knowledge restructuring ability, knowledge association and knowledge exploitation tools.
     ③The affection extent in decreasing order about influencing factors for performance of knowledge sharing in digital library is : open access, shared vision, shared standards, information technology, interpersonal confidence. The psychological contract and knowledge sharing performance is a significant positive correlation has not passed empirical test.
     ④The affection extent in decreasing order about influencing factors for performance of knowledge service in digital library is : user demands, quality of librarians, knowledge service mode, network information system, and knowledge products. Knowledge marketing network and knowledge service performance is a significant positive correlation has not passed empirical test.
     ⑤The affection extent in decreasing order about influencing factors for performance of knowledge application in digital library is : transactive memory, absorptive capacity, incentive scheme, training system.
     ⑥The affection extent in decreasing order about influencing factors for performance of knowledge innovation in digital library is : leadership support, team learning, innovation vision, relationship network.
     ⑦The affection extent in decreasing order about influencing factors for performance of intellectual property management in digital library is: intellectual property system, intellectual property protection technology, intellectual property management special fund, librarians’intellectual property quality.
     ⑧Knowledge organizational performance, knowledge sharing performance, knowledge service performance , knowledge application performance, knowledge innovation performance, intellectual property management performance for knowledge management performance in digital library have significant positive correlations. Knowledge exploitation performance and knowledge management performance have a positive correlation, but the transactional relation in the statistical calculations of this research is not significant.
     The innovations of this paper are the following areas:
     (1) Based on systematical study of knowledge management in digital library, we analyze the influence factors of knowledge management in digital library in depth, and construct the conceptual model of it.
     (2) We use structural equation modeling to deal with the problems of knowledge management in digital library with empirical test. Discuss the way and the method for improving performance of knowledge management in digital library, in order to make the conclusion more subjective and scientific.
     (3) We construct knowledge management mode in digital library so as to provide a scientific basis and decision support for developing knowledge management practices in digital library.
     (4) Put forward specific ways and measures of knowledge management in digital library which have the practical guidance for implementation of knowledge management in digital library.
     In this paper, preliminary study on the basic theory, influencing factors, the pattern and implementation strategy of knowledge management in digital library. I hope the paper can do a little contribution for the regulation of digital library in China, promote the development of library business, accelerate the progress of the library knowledge process, as well as achieve a comprehensive innovation on the theory of applicable knowledge management and promote the performance of operation.
