建设项目的协同管理研究

摘要
大型建设项目是一个复杂的开放系统,组织相关各方的协调一致,项目信息的顺畅沟通,项目的多目标协同优化都是建设项目成功完成的基本条件。而这就要求在建设项目中实现协同管理,以提高项目管理的水平。
    本文基于协同管理的理念,结合项目管理的要求,对建设项目的协同管理进行研究。
    首先,对项目管理各相关方的组织管理协同进行深入探讨,以提高项目组织之间的协调性,增进组织内部以及组织之间沟通的有效性。根据各类组织与项目管理组织的远近关系,分成项目组织内部关系的协同和项目组织系统外部的协同,详细分析项目管理组织与各相关方之间的关系及协同。其次,研究项目管理中各种信息的沟通和协同,以实现项目管理过程中信息的协同管理,保持信息沟通的顺畅和高效。信息沟通的渠道多,内容繁,涉及广。本文重点抓住与项目管理组织密切相关的几个重要信息沟通,提出了一些既有效又可行的促进信息协同管理的方法。另外,在协同管理理念的基础上,对项目管理的多目标协同优化进行研究,并建立了优化计算模型和与之相适应的优化计算方法,实现建设项目时间——费用——质量多目标的协同优化。
    本文将协同管理思想引入项目管理中,特别是结合建设项目的管理层面进行研究,为项目管理者进行协同管理提供了理论指导。
A construction projects is a complicated and opening system. The basic conditions of successful projects include cooperation of each part, communication of information and optimization of several objects. It is necessary to realize the collaborative management.
    On base of idea of collaborative management this paper researches the collaborative management of project.
    Firstly the cooperation of each part is deeply studied to improve the coincidence of parts and validity of communication. The study includes collaboration of inner relation and outer relation of project structure and analysis the relation between the project structure and each part. Secondly the communication and collaboration of project information are studied to realize the collaborative management of project information and keep the communication suitable and efficient. The communication of information has many channels, various contents, and extensive trenches. Some suitable ways are applied in the collaborative management of project information on the base of several important information communication related project structure. Lastly on the base of idea of collaborative management this paper researches the collaboration of several objects in project management, and constitutes a optimization model and calculative ways to realize the optimization of several objects in construction project.
    The idea of collaborative management is applied in project management, especially combined the layer of project management, to give the guidance for project manager.
