薏苡附子败酱散的药效物质基础、制备工艺及药效学研究

摘要
本文对白花败酱草的化学成分进行了较为系统和全面的研究,分离了42个化合物,鉴定了其中的39个;建立了部分化学成分的高速逆流色谱快速分离制备技术平台;在此基础上优选了薏苡附子败酱散活性组分的制备工艺;与此同时,考察了分离所得部分化合物和薏苡附子败酱散活性组分的体外抗氧化、体外体内抗肿瘤活性;并初步制订了该活性组分的质量标准。
The systemic and comprehensive chemical research from from Patrinia villosa Juss was carried out, and 42 compounds were obtained and 39 of them were identified, and the rapid preparation platforms of some compounds have been established by highspeed counter-current chromatography and the preparation protocol of the active fraction of the famous Chinese medicine formular YiyiFuziBaijiangSan has also been established. In the meanwhile, the antioxidant and anticancer activities of the obtained compounds from the plant and the active fraction were all evaluated, and the quality standard of the active fraction was also established.
