高效喷雾降尘技术在掘进工作面的应用研究

摘要
掘进工作面的降尘在煤矿井下除尘领域占有很重要的地位。随着煤矿绿色安全生产的提出,如何提高掘进工作面降尘的问题也受到极大的关注。
     本文在对喷雾降尘机理深入分析的基础上,指出了常规喷雾降尘系统的主要弊端。通过分析目前的除尘领域的研究现状及发展方向,结合高压水射流技术的思想,提出了高效喷雾降尘的新思路。
     本文通过分析影响喷雾和降尘效果的因素,得出了高效喷雾系统的设计准则,并设计了掘进高效喷雾降尘系统,即机头喷雾子系统和雾柱降尘子系统。
     通过实验室模拟试验和现场工业性试验验证了掘进高效喷雾降尘系统的雾化效果和降尘效率。
     理论研究和实验分析表明,掘进高效喷雾降尘系统设计合理,降尘效果显著,具有很好的推广价值。
The digging working face dust-settling plays a very important role in mine dust control field. With advance of mine green safe manufacture, ho\v to improve the digging working face dust-settling efficiency has attracted great attention.
    Based on deep analysis of spray dust-settling mechanism, the paper has put forward main malpractices of conventional dust control methods. With the research actuality and orientation analysis of the dust control field, the paper has brought forward efficient spray dust control, a new dust control thoughtfulness.
    The paper has achieved efficient spray dust-settling design rules by analyzing facts affecting spray and dust control effect and accordingly designed efficient spray dust-settling system-heading spray sub-system and mist pole dust drop sub-system.
    Simulated test in lab and industrial test in mine have proved its spray and dust-settling effect.
    
    
    Theoretical analysis and experimental research have argued the efficient spraying dust-settling system of rational structure and notable dust-settling effect and it is worth popularization.
