速递物流网运系统出口子系统的开发与研究

摘要
这是一个互联网迅速发展的时代,信息化已逐渐成为新时代发展的主流,快递业拥有巨大的市场潜力对邮政速递物流市场构成了很大的竞争,而邮政速递物流无论是进口、出口仍然采用手工制作路单,效率低下,浪费大量的时间和人力资源,对邮件运输状况也不能及时、准确的跟踪和监控,因此,为了在市场上保持竞争力,建设一个信息化、网络化、多样化的速递物流网运系统是非常需要和迫切的。
     该系统建成后,可以准确统计邮件出口的业务量,实现网运的分环节结算,通过对基础数据的统计分析,可以实现网运生产各环节成本的有效控制,不断降低网路运行成本。实现了趟车运行,邮运计划,总包业务量和时限的多角度、全方位基础信息采集和监控。为邮运网路优化、车辆运行成本控制,以及网运单位成本核算、网运分环节结算等,提供实时运行监控平台和真实的基础业务数据。
     本文在深入的研究了当前的物流网运系统运作过程之后,就出口子系统的设计实现进行了讨论。首先系统的介绍了开发此系统需要用到的关键技术,重点分析了C/S模式、Weblogic和Tuxedo中间件技术的基本理论,然后针对北京市现有系统的具体情况,进行了业务需求上的分析,接下来对系统的架构、系统的开发平台和接口的设计进行了重点阐述,最后,对这套系统未来的升级做出了展望。
     该系统大大减小了邮件运递时限,降低了网运成本,减少邮件经转环节,缩短邮件内部处理时限,提高各类邮件全程时限水平。提高邮运质量。这有利于提高企业的社会形象,从而加强企业的市场竞争力。可以逐步实现无纸化交接,降低路单制作成本,为有效控制和不断降低网运成本提供可靠的支撑。
This is an era of internet rapid development. Information technology has become the main trend of the development of the new era gradually, the rapid delivery industry which has a huge market potential have a great competitive to the post rapid transfer logistics market, both import and export in post rapid transfer logistics are still using manual product summary of the road menu, this practice is so inefficient, wasting a lot of time and human resources, the state of the mail transport can not be tracking, monitoring timely and accurately. Therefore, in order to keep competitive in the market, building an informational, networking, diversification Rapid online Transfer and Logistics system is very necessary and urgent.
     If the system has been building, mail export volume of business will be add up accurately, achieving the function that settle account by separating it into links in network transport, through add up and analysis on the basis of the data, we can obtain a result that control all sectors of production costs and reduce network operating costs in the network transport effectively; Train running, Mail delivery plan, The volume of the total package business, The time limit of the multi-angle, Full range of basic information will collect and monitor effectively. The system will provide run-time monitoring platform and the true underlying business data for Mail transportation network optimization, vehicle operating cost controlling, as well as network transport units costing and settling account by separating it into link.
     In this paper, we discussed the export subsystem design and implementation after have study the current logistics network. First, the system introduces the key technologies to be used to develop this system, which focusing on analysis of the C/S mode, the basic theory of weblogic and tuxedo middleware technology, and based on the specific circumstances for Beijing Municipal existing system, we analysis business needs next focuses on the development platform and interface design of the system architecture, Finally, we have a prospect on expansion of the system.
     The system greatly reduces the time-limit for the delivery of postal materials, cuts down network transport operating costs, reduce the mail transit links, shorten the mail internal processing time limit, raise all kinds of e-mail full time. It can improve the quality of mail delivery. This will help improve the social image, so as to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. It also can realize the paperless transfer gradually, reduce road menu production cost, provide trustful support for the effective control and cut down operating costs.
