网络环境下学校自动化办公系统的研究与实现

摘要
随着计算机及网络技术的飞速发展,Internet/Intranet应用在全球范围内日益普及,当今社会正快速向信息化社会前进,教育信息化建设的步伐在明显加快。许多学校都已经建立起自己的校园网,为学校建立自动化办公系统提供了良好的环境。网络环境下实施自动化办公,可以最大限度地提高办公效率和改进办公质量,改善办公环境和条件,减少或避免各种差错和弊病,缩短办公处理周期,并用科学的管理方法,借助于各种先进技术,提高管理和决策的水平。
     本文以网络环境下学校自动化办公系统为背景,详细阐述了本系统从设计到开发到实现的全过程,展示了本系统每个功能模块的实现效果。本系统基于.NET Framework 2.0+SQL Server 2005开发,保证了技术架构的合理性和技术的前瞻性。同时选用其他相关技术,使系统具有可伸缩性、可操作性和更好的性能,并且使实现手段扩展到多种手段辅助办公的形式上来,更充分地体现本系统的及时性、有效性。经过深入细致地需求分析,借助UML活动关系图和UML类静态图,从系统的三层体系结构入手,阐述了在用户表示层、业务逻辑层、数据访问层中各层体系结构的分析与设计,并应用Ajax技术来优化页面。采用生命周期法和快速原型法相结合的设计方法,在技术结构上采用Browser/Server架构体系,减轻系统负载,加强开放性,方便系统维护升级。在系统方案的设计实施上遵循整体性、实用性、安全可靠性、模块化设计、界面设计人性化的原则。
     从该系统实施后的试运行情况来看,实现了设计目标,满足了学校日常办公的需要,解决了办公业务的跨部门处理,消除了学校内部各类信息孤立的现象。使学校内部人员能够方便快捷地共享信息资源、交流信息、高效地协同工作,既兼顾个人办公效率的提高,又可以实现群体协同工作,规范了办公流程,大大提高了办事效率,给学校带来了实质性的办公模式的变革。
With the rapid development of computer and network technology, Internet / Intranet applies in the global scope. The society is going forward to the informationized one. The pace of the informationized educational construction is speeding up obviously. Many schools have set up their own network for school so as to provide a good environment for office automation system. Under the network environment, the implementation of office automation which can maximize efficiency, improve the quality of work, make the working environment and conditions better, reduce or avoid all sorts of mistakes and disadvantages and shorten the cycle of office. And with scientific management and advanced technology to improve the level of management and decision-making.
     The article is based on the network environment office automation system for school background, to expound the system from design to develop to realize the process of this system. And it reveals the realization of each functional module. This system is based on the .NET Framework 2.0 + SQL Server 2005 development, to guarantee the rationality and forward-looking technology of the technical framework. I also choose other related technology, to make the system scalability, operability and better properties. Moreover, in order to fully embody the timeliness and validity of this system, I expand the different forms of auxiliary to realize means. After careful analysis, I elaborate on users presentation layer, business logic and data access layer, structure analysis and design in each layer and application of Ajax techniques to optimize the page from the static class three-layer structure of the system by using UML activity relationship chart and UML diagrams. To reduce the system load, to strengthen the openness, and to maintain system upgrade conveniently, I use life cycle method and rapid prototyping method. For the technical layer, I adopt the system of the Browser /Server structure. In the implementation of the scheme design system I follow the principles of integrity, practicality, safe, reliability, modular design, humanized interface design.
     After the implementation of the system from the operation situation, it realized the design goal, met the needs of daily office, figured out the trans-departmental business, eliminated internal school with all kinds of information isolated phenomenon. Make internal school personnel can share information resources conveniently, exchange information and work together effectively. It can both enhance the efficiency of individual office and it can achieve groups work together. It regulates the office process so as to enhance the efficiency greatly.
