企业安全文化结构模型及建设方法研究

摘要
充分运用安全科学、社会科学、行为科学、人类学、心理学、管理科学等理论知识,建立了以危险源理论为基础的企业生产安全事故的控制模型,并将安全文化置于整个安全生产系统中考察。重点研究了人的不安全行为控制机理,通过研究人的行为控制有效性来确定企业安全文化的主要内容。进一步将企业安全文化与安全氛围、安全管理、企业文化等事物对比,从而提出了对安全文化的新认识。建立了安全文化结构方程模型,采用SPSS和AMOS统计分析软件进行路径分析,分析结果为安全文化建设提供实证参考。最后,针对我国高危行业安全生产的特点和现状,提出由内到外、自上而下的安全文化建设方法,并归纳了企业各个层次人员应具有的安全观念以及使这些观念固化于心的对应方法。
Makeing full use of safety science, social science, behavioral science, anthropology,psychology, management science and etc. knowledge, based on the hazard theoryestablish enterprise production safety accident control model, and put the safetyculture in the safety production system to investigate and study. Focus on the unsafehuman behavior control mechanism, through the study of effectiveness of humanbehavior control to determine the main content of safety culture. Further contrast theenterprise safety culture and safety climate, safety management, enterprise culture,thus put forward the new understanding of safety culture. Establish the structuralequation modeling of safety culture, using SPSS and AMOS statistical analysissoftware for path analysis. The analysis results provide empirical reference for theconstruction of safety culture. Finally, in view of our country high-risk industry safetyproduction characteristic and the present situation, proposed the safety cultureconstruction method of "from inside to outside, from top to bottom". Summarizes thesafety concepts which all levels of the enterprise’s personnel should have and thecorresponding method which make these concepts curing in their heart.
