摘要
现代远程医疗监控系统通常结合传统医疗监控和现代先进的电子通信技术。它广泛结合了医疗技术和现在先进的电子计算机技术。通过引入远程医疗监控系统,医疗机构可以对患有不同疾病的病人实施远程监控管理,从而节省资源、降低消耗、提高监控有效性。无线远程医疗监控终端是以嵌入式技术为基础将医用传感器技术和现代先进的通信技术,如GPS/GSM技术,进行有效的结合,应用于医疗监控的一个终端,具有广泛的社会应用价值。本课题研究设计的一个无线远程医疗监控终端就是一个利用ARM处理器技术和GPS/GSM技术以及linux技术有效结合的监控终端。本文在研究以往远程监控系统的基础上,针对手持终端提出了基于嵌入式ARM和linux操作系统的解决方案。控制系统的硬件结构以ARM(Advanced RISC Machines)内核的S3C2440为核心,采用模块化的设计思想,主要完成GPS位置信息采集模块、GSM无线收发模块以及在linux系统下通过软件实现的一些终端的附加功能,如接收并处理命令,定时发送功能,视频打开和关闭等。利用linux C开发环境,完成无线监控终端的上位机的控制软件的开发。为提高系统运行的稳定性,软件方面采取了相应的抗干扰措施。
Modern remote medical monitoring system is often combined with traditional medical monitoring and modern advanced electronic communication technologies. Now, it could widely combine with advanced medical technology and computer technology. Through the introduction of remote medical monitoring system, medical institutions could monitor and manage patients who suffering from different diseases in remote area, so it could save resources, reduce consumption and increase monitoring effectiveness. Wireless remote medical monitoring terminal is based on embedded technology, combines with medical sensor technology and modern advanced communication technology, such as GPS / GSM technology. The terminal is applied in medical monitoring, with a wide range of social value. The wireless remote medical monitoring terminal, which is designed in this paper, is a terminal which effectively combines with ARM processor technology and GPS / GSM technology. The terminal is based on linux operating system. Based on the study, the remote monitoring system which is study in the past, the paper propose a solution, which is based on embedded ARM technology and linux operating system technology, for the handheld terminal.S3C2440 based on ARM was a core for the hardware instruction of control system, the hardware interface circuit was designed with modular design, including collecting the GPS position information, controlling the GSM modular working, achieving some additional features through software in the linux system, such as receiving and processing orders, sending at a faxed time, opening and closing video and so on.The development environment is linux C. At this environment, the paper complete the wireless monitoring terminal’s controlling PC software. In order to improve system stability, the software has taken the appropriate anti-jamming measures.
