臭氧技术在处理生活污水方面的应用研究

摘要
人类对臭氧的研究发现,臭氧具有很强的氧化能力,其氧化性仅次于氟。臭氧具有广谱的杀菌效果,并且极易还原成氧,在应用中没有二次污染,所以具有其独特的优越性。臭氧化应用技术最广泛、最成功的领域是饮用水的处理。近年来,臭氧处理技术在水处理和工业消毒中被广泛应用。臭氧易溶于水,其在水中的溶解度约为氧气的13倍,溶于水后的臭氧具有更强的杀菌消毒能力,可达氯气的300—2000倍。臭氧在杀灭空气中、水中、物体表面的细菌的同时,经反应会迅速还原成氧气,不会造成二次污染,也不会对生活环境造成威胁。
    水处理臭氧发生器一般采用密闭性结构,臭氧发生浓度较高。应用臭氧发生器对深圳市龙岗区横岭管理中心污水厂进行臭氧强氧化处理。结果显示能有效去除污水中的磷、重金属离子、硝化菌等,能迅速杀灭污水中的各类细菌,并能对污水脱色、除臭、提高水的澄清度,而且对水体不造成任何污染,并可大幅度降低运行维护费用,并减轻对周边环境的污染。
    结果显示,臭氧技术与传统水处理工艺相比,具有占地面积小,出水水质相对稳定的优点,具备显著的社会效益和经济效益。
The study on the ozone shows that it is a strong oxidizer of which the oxidation is only inferior to fluorine. The ozone has the broad-spectrum sterilization effect and is easily reverted to oxygen. There is no secondary pollution in use so it is particularly advantage. The most extensive and successful realm of the ozone applied technique is the disposal of drinking water. Recent years, Ozone-applying craft is widely used in wastewater treatment and industrial disinfection. Ozone can easily dissolve in water and its solubility is 13 times of Oxygen. The disinfectant ability of Ozone may reach the level of 300-2000 times higher than the Chlorine when it dissolves in water. Ozone can be reduced to Oxygen when it kills and removes the bacteria of the water and air, so it doesn’t pollute the environment at the second times. Moreover, it has no threatener to the living surroundings.
    The water disposal reactor generally adopts obdurate configuration and the density of ozone is rather high. The waste water at Hengling management center in Longgang area of
    
    
    Shenzhen is treated by ozone reactor. The conclusion of the research shows that:The water in lake is circulated and refined and it effectively and rapidly remove P, heavy metal ions, nitration bacterium and so on . Waste water is decolored and deodorized and improve the clear degree. Furthermore there is no pollution for water and reduce the function maintenance charge greatly and debase the pollution of peripheral environment.
     The conclusion of the research shows that: compared with the conventional wastewater treatment methods, Ozone-applying craft has advantages of smaller plant area and more steady effluent, so it has social and economical benefits
