IEC 60870数据向IEC 61850信息转换的研究

摘要
变电站通信标准IEC 61850是将来电力系统无缝通信体系标准的重要基础。本文介绍了IEC 61850标准的发展现状和主要内容,说明了标准的网络分层、面向对象的数据统一建模、数据自描述和抽象通信服务映射技术特点;研究了将IEC 61850应用于电力远动通信的实现方法,建立了一种兼顾现有系统又遵循IEC 61850的电力远动通信系统网络结构;通过应用以太网通信、实时数据库、信息建模以及XML技术设计了规约转换网关,给出了传统远动规约与抽象通信服务接口之间映射的实现方法,实现了现有远动系统到新型远动系统的平稳过渡;给出了应用该网关实现传统通信协议与IEC 61850协议的无缝转换的实例。
IEC 61850 for substation communication is the foundation of seamless communication of monitoring and control information of a power system in the future. The development and main idea of the standard are introduced in this paper. The main technical features are analyzed in detail; The implementation of applying IEC 61850 to the communication of power system telemonitoring information has been studied, a network architecture of telecontrol communication has been established; Applying the technique of Ethernet Communication, real-time database, Information Modeling and XML, a conversion gateway is designed, and the mapping method between current power telemonitoring protocols to abstract communication service interface has been given. Taking a substation as example, the seamless conversion between traditional protocol and IEC 61850 is realized by gateway.
