基于多式联运的货运枢纽选址研究

摘要
近年来,多式联运的发展对货运枢纽选址的要求越来越高。货运枢纽选址的合理性与否不仅决定了货运网络整体效益的好坏,而且会给区域经济、社会环境、物流企业的发展等带来很大的影响。
     本文在分析了多式联运发展现状及发展趋势的情况下,指出了多式联运发展存在的问题,可以看出多式联运发展的重要因素之一是枢纽点的选址规划,阐述了多式联运货运枢纽功能,提出了多式联运货运枢纽选址影响因素分析,包括货运需求和供给、区位因素、环境因素和基础设施因素等对多式联运下货运枢纽选址的影响。
     在对货运枢纽选址过程分析中,先对选址的问题进行了分类,确定本次选址问题的类型,选址遵循运输方便性、经济性、合理规划性等三个方面的原则,进行选址约束条件分析,确定枢纽数量,进行场址筛选,确定备选站点,最后建立了简单选址模型,对其进行计算分析。在选址方案评价中,比较了模糊综合评价法和多层次灰色评价法,确定选用多层次灰色评价法,并建立了评价指标体系。
     以实例分析中,选用钦州市为例,基于多式联运的情况下,分析背景、现状,通过货运需求预测分析,经计算得到枢纽数量,对备选站点进行筛选,定性分析,确定备选站点,经过计算得出合适的场址选择,并用多层次灰色评价法评价方案。
In recent years, the demanding of freight hubs is increasing with the development of intermodal transport. The reasonableness of freight hub location demand not only determines whether or not the overall efficiency of freight transport network is good or bad, and will have great impact about regional economic and social environment and the development of logistics enterprises.
     This paper analyzes development status and trends of multimodal transport, and to point out the problems in multimodal transport development. One of the important factors for multimodal transport development is the pivotal point of the site plan, and elaborates the function of multimodal transport cargo hub, and proposes the factors of intermodal freight hub location, and the factors are freight demand and supply, and location factor, and environmental factor and infrastructure factor what influence location of intermodal freight hub.
     In the process of location of intermodal freight hub, the problems on the site are classified, and determine the type of this location's problem, and follow the principle of site selection, and analyzes constraint conditions, and obtain the number of the hub, and ascertain the alternative site and location model to calculate. In the process of program evaluation, the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is compare with the method of grey evaluation, then selects the grey evaluation method, and establish the evaluation index system.
     In the example analysis of the city of QinZhou.Based on the case of multimodal transport, to analyze the background and current situation. By the freight transport demand' forecast and consideration, obtain the number of the hub. According to Site selection and qualitative analysis, to decide the alternative site. By calculating to get the appropriate choice, and evaluate them.
