论大学生的网络思想政治教育
摘要
我们当前正在经历的跨时空的信息革命，将比历史上任何一次技术革命对社会经济、政治、文化等带来的冲击更为巨大，塑造着一种全新的形态。正是在这一层面上，由网络信息传播所造成的人类价值观和思维方式的变更，以及对大学生思想政治素质产生的影响，与思想政治工作发生了密切的关联。从更深意义上说，它表明传统的思想政治教育模式面临着严峻的挑战。因此，网络信息技术的研究和运用成为思想政治工作研究领域乃至整个教育改革中一个全新的、亟待解决的课题。本文通过对网络思想政治教育的涵义、特点的认识，分析了网络思想政治教育的意义，着重研究探讨了网络思想政治教育的途径和方法，并提出了网络思想政治教育中应注意的问题。全文共分四大部分：
第一部分：“网络思想政治教育的涵义及特点”，在搞清网络及网络教育涵义的基础上，分析了网络思想政治教育的涵义，归纳出四大特点。
第二部分：“网络思想政治教育的意义”，第一，以中国互联网信息中心的统计数据和对我校学生调查的数据为证据，通过对互联网的负面影响分析，阐述了网络思想政治教育是当前高校不可缺少的重要教育形式之一。第二，结合网络即时性、形象性、广泛性、开放性的特点，论述了网络思想政治教育使大学生的思想政治手段现代化，提高了思想政治工作的实效性。第三，结合网络参与性、互动性、虚拟性的特点，针对高校目前的管理体制与教育模式，论述了网络思想政治教育有利于全面提高大学生的政治思想道德素质。
第三部分：“网络思想政治教育的途径和方法”，在分析由于网络媒介的冲击，高校思想政治工作的方法弊端越来越显现的基础上，提出了网络思想政治教育的途径和方法。着重阐述了网络思想政治工作要有三个意识点、要确立相应的原则、建设校园网络工程、加强网络监控及具体的创新工作方法。
第四部分：“网络思想政治教育的局限性及应注意的问题”。通过对网络的负面影响使得网络思想政治教育存在明显的局限性的分析，说明一个应当重视的问题：网络思想政治教育与日常德育工作、常规思想政治教育工作相结合，才是思想政治工作的有效途径。
以上是本文的主要内容。从广义上讲，网络思想政治教育向大学生展示了一个崭新的、广阔的空间，它突破了传统思想政治教育的束缚，同时也给传统的思
政教育带来严峻的挑战。为此，本文立足于现实，围绕网络思想政治教育的特
点，着重阐述网络思政教育对我国高校大学生的深刻影响，指出了网络思政教育
中存在的问题，提出了相关对策，以求对现实有所帮助。
The information revolution we are undertaking will have greater impact on social economy, politics and culture than any technological revolution did in history. In this sense, changes in social values and thought patterns caused by information transmission on the net and its effect on ideological and political qualities of college students are closely related to ideological and political works. In a broader sense, traditional ideological and political education patterns are seriously challenged. Thus, study and application of network information technology in ideological and political work and research, even in educational reform as a whole, has become a new subject that requires urgent solution. Based on definition of network ideological and political education and its characteristics, this paper analyzes the importance of network ideological and political education with the emphasis on ways and approaches, and puts forward points that worth attention. The paper falls into four general parts:
Part I : Definition and Characteristics of Network Ideological and Political Education
This part analyzes the definition of network ideological and political education and summarizes four basic characteristics on the basis of definition of network and network education.
Part II: Importance of Network Ideological and Political Education
A. Based on statistics of China Internet Information Center and survey statistics of Yan'an University students, this part analyzes the negative effects of the Internet, and emphasizes that network ideological and political education is an important part of higher education in China.
B. This part argues that network ideological and political education modernizes ideological and political means of college students and improves the effectiveness of ideological and political works in terms of synchronicness, vividness, extensiveness and openness of the network.
C. This part argues that network ideological and political education is beneficial to the all-round improvement of political, ideological and ethical qualities of college
student in terms of the participativeness, interactiveness and virtualness of the network, considering the present administration system and education patterns of higher education in China.
Part t III: Ways and Approaches of Network Ideological and Political Education
This part proposes ways and approaches of network ideological and political education on the basis of analysis of setbacks in ideological and political works in higher education in China under the impact of the network media. The emphasis is on the Three Points in network ideological and political works: establishing corresponding principles, constructing campus network, strengthening network monitoring, and specific renovative works.
Part IV: Limitations and Possible Problem of Network Ideological and Political Education
This part establishes that effective ideological and political works lies in the combination of network ideological and political education with daily ethical education and routine ideological and political education.
