网络虚拟实验系统中情感体验研究

摘要
情感体验,是目前虚拟实验关注的话题,随着通讯技术、光学技术以及各种新型的高科技技术的发展标志着人们已经进入了以资讯化为标志的体验经济时代。学习者对网络虚拟实验不再满足于物质层面的功能要求,更加关注非物质层面的心理情感体验。网络虚拟实验系统中学习者进行的多是自主学习,系统设计的交互程度和丰富的界面带给学习者的情感体验会影响学习者的学习兴趣、学习效率和学习效果。
     国内外对网络虚拟实验系统的研究虽取得了很大的成绩,普遍对开发网络虚拟实验系统涉及的技术研究比较深入,但是对网络虚拟实验系统中情感的研究较为缺乏。鉴于此,查阅和研究目前网络虚拟实验系统的现状,揭示情感体验不足是网络虚拟实验系统的核心问题之一,本研究从理论和技术实现两方面改善网络虚拟实验系统中学习者情感体验,通过情感化设计理论、马斯洛层次分析理论与心流理论的启示构建了学习者情感体验层次概念模型,在此基础上利用RIA最成熟的之一—Flex技术来改善网络虚拟实验系统,从而提升学习者情感体验。研究采用以学习者为中心的设计理念,基于Flex的技术特性,使虚拟实验系统的呈现方式更加符合学习者的视觉和心理需求,回应速度更快,实现了页面无刷新。并且依据情感体验层次概念模型、技术特性以及学科特点制定了情感体验的开发原则,提出了相应的策略以改善学习者情感体验,根据信息构建师Peter Morville的用户体验的量化要素,从系统的有用性、可获得性、满意度、可靠性、可找到性、价值性等方面给予了评价反思,为解决网络虚拟实验系统中的情感体验问题提供理论和实践依据。
     论文的组织结构和各章的详细内容如下:
     第1章绪论概述了问题提出的背景与研究意义,分析了研究现状,指出了目前网络虚拟实验系统中存在的问题,揭示了学习者情感体验不足是网络虚拟实验系统研究的核心问题之一,提出了论文的研究目标,对论文的研究方法和研究内容作了陈述。
     第2章阐述了情感体验的内涵,借鉴情感化设计理论与马斯洛需要层次理论以及心流理论,构建了网络虚拟实验系统学习者情感体验层次概念模型。
     第3章系统分析了网络虚拟实验系统中学习者情感体验设计,对虚拟实验系统中学习者情感体验的需求与目标进行分析,在此基础上对虚拟实验系统中学习者情感体验的设计过程进行阐述,进而对虚拟实验系统中学习者情感体验实现的关键技术的可行性进行了详述。
     第4章系统阐述了网络虚拟实验系统中学习者情感体验的实现过程,制定了虚拟实验系统中学习者情感体验的开发原则,提出了虚拟实验系统中学习者情感体验实现的策略,采用问卷调查方法对网络虚拟实验系统的学习者情感体验进行了评价反思。
     第5章总结了本研究的主要成果和不足,对本研究中出现的问题进行了评价与反思,并明确了以后研究的目标和发展方向。
Emotional experience, is the concern issue of virtual experiment. Human has entered the time of experience economy with communication technology, optical technology and all kinds of new high-tech technology development.marks with information Learners are no longer satisfied with the functional requirement about the aspects of network virtual experiment material. They pay more attention to the nonphysical planes psychological emotion experience. The more learners are independent learning at most time in network virtual experimental system. The interactive degree of system and rich interface will affect learners'interest, learning efficiency and learning effect.
     The virtual experimental system for network has achieved great achievements in recent years. They researched the technology more profoundly about the network virtual experiment system, but the emotional research has not discussed and analyzed the importance of detail. In view of this, the author finds the lack of the learners emotional experience is core problems by looking up the present situation of network virtual experiment system and will improve learners'emotional experience of from two aspects of theory and technology. The article constructed the learner emotional experience levels conceptual model according to emotional design theory and maslow's hierarchy analysis theory. Then it uses the one of the most mature RIA, Flex technology, to improve network virtual experiment system order to improve learners'emotional experiences. The article made the virtual experiment system more satisfied with the learners'vision and psychological needs and the response speed more faster by the concept of learner-centered,based on the design concept of Flex technology. At last,it formulates the development principle of emotion experience and then puts forward the corresponding strategies to improve learners' emotional experience. According to the information construction division Peter Morville about user experience quantitative elements, the article gives assessment reflection to solve emotion experience problems in the network virtual experiment system from usefulness, availability, satisfaction and reliability and provides the theoretical and practical basis.
     The organizational structure and chapters paper details are as follows:
     The first chapter generalizes the introduction background and study meaning of questions and analyses the research status and the exist problems in network virtual experiment system. Then it points out that the lack of the learners emotional experience is core problems. Finally it Puts forward research target of papers and reviews the research methods and research content.
     The second chapter expounds the connotation of emotional experience and references emotional design theory and maslow's hierarchy theory of needs and flow theory. Finally it constructs the learners emotional experience model of network virtual experiment system.
     The third chapter system analyses design of network virtual experiment system. Firstly it analyses the needs and target of learners emotional experience in the network virtual experiment system. Secondly it elaborates the design of learners emotional experience for virtual experiment system. At last it describes the technical feasibility about realization of learners emotional experience for virtual experiment system.
     The forth chapter discusses the realization process of learners'emotional experience in network virtual experiment system and puts forward the realization strategy of learners' emotional experience in network virtual experiment system. The article elaborates the development principle of learners emotional experience in virtual experiment system. Finally the paper evaluates the learners'emotional experience in network virtual experiment system through questionnaire method.
     The last chapter of the paper summarizes the main achievements and shortages in this study and gives the Evaluation and reflection of the questions in the research, At last the article determines the further research target and development direction in the future.
