入世后中国三大产业核心竞争力分析与战略对策

摘要
本文以美国哈佛商学院战略管理学家波特,关于国家竞争优势的钻石理论, 行业竞争结构的理论以及企业价值链的理论为依据,对入世后我国三大产业的核心竞争力和战略对策进行了分析研究。
    
    通过对农业产业的环境和内部结构分析,揭示农业产业目前的发展趋势。
    通过对工业产业的环境和内部结构分析,揭示各工业行业最新环境情况以及为提高核心竞争力所应做出的努力,如运用美国哈佛商学院战略管理学家波特,关于国家竞争优势的钻石理论,对石油化工行业进行分析,表明了企业应当通过钻石理论中四项基本要素的交织重组,形成并不断提升企业的核心竞争力。运用哈佛商学院战略管理学家波特,关于行业竞争结构的理论,对汽车行业进行分析。表明了企业应当通过行业内五种竞争关系的全面积极应对,来推行正确的战略,并不断提升企业的核心竞争力。
    
    通过对服务产业的环境和内部结构分析,揭示各服务行业最新环境情况以及为提高核心竞争力所应做出的努力,如运用哈佛商学院战略管理学家波特,关于企业价值链的理论,对住宅与房地产业进行分析,表明了企业应当通过重构价值链,以便提高核心竞争力。
    
     针对企业发展战略对策,本文提出三方面的突出论点,即:跨国公司两种全球分工战略与中国两型企业策略;市场开放与中国企业战略选择;WTO 时代提升企业制度化管理的战略途径。
The paper researches the dynamic rules behind the section structures with the guiding of section theory, while illustrate the status and functions for the corresponding sections each both the inner structures and the trends.
    
    With the analysis of environment and structure for the Agricultural section, it discloses the comprehensive developing trends.
    
    I have disclosed the latest environmental situations for some industrial sectors and the miscellaneous endeavors taken for improving the crucial competitiveness through the analysis for the industrial environment and its internal structure. With the guide of the Diamond Theory on the national competitiveness advantage submitted by the strategy management scholar Mr. Micheal Porter from the Harvard Business Institute, we have analyzed the Oil industry and found out that the enterprise' s crucial competitiveness could be raised gradually by the reshuffling of the four main elements underlined in the Diamond Theory. With the theoretical guidance about the sector competing structure promoted by the strategy management scholar Mr. Michael Porter from the Harvard Business Institute, we have analyzed the Auto industry and found out that the enterprise' s crucial competitiveness could be raised continuously by adapting the suitable strategy generated after finding out the solutions for dealing with each of the five parties inside the sector.
    
    We have disclosed the latest environmental situations for the service sector and the miscellaneous endeavors taken for improving the crucial competitiveness through the analysis for the industrial environment and its internal structure. With the guide of the Value Chain Theory advocated by the strategy management scholar Mr. Michael Porter from the Harvard Business Institute, we have analyzed the real estate and found out that the enterprise' s crucial competitiveness could be raised gradually by the re-building the enterprise's value chain.
    
    We have analyzed the value creating activities for the real estate by means of the value chain theory. The material supplement is crucial to the whole value chain, especially for the cost of obtaining the land to develop. In the meantime the technique development activity becomes more and more important in the value chain due to the diversifying and growing differential demand in the real estate market. The differential market demands could be satisfied provided the intermitted developments of differential designs. The strategy generating shall be very important among the fundamental activities. The real estate enterprises shall promote the differential focus strategy urgently so as to feed the need in the differential market. As a whole, the enterprise could occupy a positive place in the competition and continuously raise the crucial competitiveness by weaving the miscellaneous activities and forging the exclusive value chain.
    
     The paper has submitted three main points with respect to the enterprises development strategy, which are the strategy for our two type enterprises in related with the two types of global enterprises, the choice for Chinese enterprises encountering the free market, and the strategy measures for our enterprises to increase the constitutional management after WTO.
