供应链企业间知识共享研究

摘要
随着市场竞争的日益激烈,企业的经营管理模式也发生了相应的变化,供应链管理作为一种建立在快速应变、高度灵活的横向一体化运作基础上的、适应新型的经济环境、低成本、高效率运作的组织模式,应运而生。
     从知识的角度看,供应链是以链上企业各自核心产品知识为纽带连接而成的。企业已日益认识到,除了关注企业内部的知识管理问题,更要关注供应链上各企业之间的知识共享问题,供应链企业间知识共享越来越受到企业的重视。对供应链企业间知识共享进行研究,具有一定的理论意义和实践价值。
     本文遵循“理论研究——模式研究——因素研究——机制研究”的基本思路,除第1章“引言”和第6章“总结与展望”外,论文主体共分为4章。
     第2章:供应链企业间知识共享的基础理论。先是对供应链、供应链管理、知识共享等内涵进行了界定,然后分析了供应链企业间的知识类型,最后分析了供应链企业间知识共享的概念、作用与特点,并将供应链企业间知识共享的过程划分为知识寻找、知识提供、知识传递、知识吸引、知识反馈等五个阶段。
     第3章:供应链企业间知识共享的模式研究。基于供应链企业间的知识链,建立了供应链企业间知识共享模型,并将其分解为三种模式:企业—企业模式、企业—供应链模式和供应链—企业模式。
     第4章:供应链企业间知识共享的影响因素。在建立供应链企业间知识共享的影响因素分析框架的基础上,依次分析了各影响因素。影响供应链企业间知识共享的主体因素包括各节点企业的知识共享意愿、知识共享能力、知识共享利益、企业间的关系;影响供应链企业间知识共享的客体因素包括知识特性和知识距离;影响供应链企业间知识共享的技术因素包括知识共享平台和知识交流方式;影响供应链企业间知识共享的情境因素包括外部环境、文化观念、信任程度和风险因子是。
     第5章:供应链企业间知识共享实现机制的构建。供应链企业间知识共享实现机制的构建应遵循以需求为中心、以知识为基础、以共赢为目标、以平等为保证的原则。构建供应链企业间的交易机制,其策略完善知识市场主体、健全知识价格体系、建立知识交易场所、加强知识产权保护;构建供应链企业间的技术机制,其策略包括加强企业信息化建设、搭建知识共享平台、利用知识共享技术、建立知识技术标准;构建供应链企业间的信任机制,其策略包括合理选择节点企业、建立企业信誉机制、制定约束规范制度、完善知识价值分配;构建供应链企业间的文化机制,其策略包括合理引导企业文化、培育共同价值体系、完善公认制度文化;构建供应链企业间的激励机制,其策略包括重视对个人的激励、重视对企业的激励;构建供应链企业间的学习机制,其策略包括构建学习型供应链、建立企业学习团队、创造有利学习环境、完善内部培训体系。
With the increasingly fierce market competition, the enterprise management mode also has a corresponding change. Supply chain management came into being as a mode of organization bases on rapid response and highly flexible horizontal integration and adapts to the new type of economic environment, low cost, high efficiency operation.
     From the point of view of knowledge, supply chain is linked by the chain enterprises' core knowledge products. The enterprises have increasingly realized that more attention should be paid on the supply chain of the knowledge sharing between enterprises, aside from the focus on internal knowledge management problems. The knowledge sharing between enterprises attracts more and more attention of the enterprises. The research of it has certain theoretical meaning and practical value.
     The paper follows this basic logic idea:theory research——the model research——factors research——mechanism research. This paper is divided into4main chapters, except the first chapter "introduction" and chapter6"conclusion and uncompleted research".
     Chapter2: The basic theory of knowledge sharing between supply chain enterprises. First it gives the definitions for supply chain, supply chain management, knowledge sharing and so on. And then it analyzes the knowledge types of supply chain between enterprises. At last it analyzes the definition, function and characteristics of knowledge sharing between the supply chain enterprises, whose process is divided into five parts: searching knowledge, knowledge providing, knowledge transferring, knowledge attracting and knowledge feeding back.
     Chapter3: The research mode of knowledge sharing between supply chain enterprises. The mode of knowledge sharing between supply chain enterprises, which is established on the basis of knowledge chain between supply chain enterprises, is divided into three modes: enterprise-enterprise mode, enterprise-supply chain mode and supply chain-enterprise mode.
     Chapter4: The influencing factors of knowledge sharing between supply chain enterprises. On the basis of establishing the influencing factors of the analyzing framework of knowledge sharing between supply chain enterprises, this chapter analyzes the various of influencing factors respectively. Main influencing factors of knowledge sharing between enterprises include the knowledge sharing intend of nodal enterprises, knowledge sharing ability, knowledge sharing interests, the relations between the enterprises. The object influencing factors of knowledge sharing between supply chain enterprises include the characteristics and distance of knowledge. The technical factors of knowledge sharing between supply chain enterprises include sharing platform and knowledge communication. The situational factors of knowledge sharing between supply chain enterprises include external environment, cultural conception, the degree of trust and risk factors.
     Chapter5:The establishment of the implementing mechanism of knowledge sharing between supply chain enterprises. The establishment should apply following principles: centered in demands, based on knowledge, targeted for win-win, ensured by equality. The trading mechanism should be established for supply chain enterprises. Its strategies include improving the main body of knowledge market, perfecting the knowledge price systems, establishing the knowledge places and strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights. The technical mechanism should be established for supply chain enterprises. Its strategies include strengthening enterprise information construction, setting up the knowledge sharing platform, using the knowledge sharing technology, and setting knowledge technical standard. The trust mechanism should be established for supply chain enterprises. Its strategies include choosing nodal enterprises reasonably, establishing credit mechanism for enterprises, formulating regulations, improving the distribution of knowledge value. The culture mechanism should be established for supply chain enterprises. Its strategies include guiding the enterprises' culture reasonably, cultivating the common value system, improving the common system culture. The stimulation mechanism should be established for supply chain enterprises. Its strategy includes paying attention to the stimulation for persons and enterprises. The study mechanism should be established for supply chain enterprises. Its strategies include establishing study patterns for supply chain, setting up study team in enterprises, creating favorable learning environment and improving internal training systems.
