川西獐牙菜和椭圆叶花锚醇提物对小鼠降血脂的研究

摘要
本文研究青藏高原特有的野生植物川西獐牙菜(Swertia.mussothii Franch)和椭圆叶花锚(Halenia.Elliptica D.DON)的野生品种植物的醇提物对高脂血症小鼠模型的降血脂效果。通过对青藏高原药用植物的研究、分析对比结果显示:川西獐牙菜、椭圆叶花锚的醇提物均有明显的降血脂作用。本研究结果如下:
     阳性试验组、川西獐牙菜和椭圆叶花锚的低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组都能极显著的降低高脂模型血清中总胆固醇水平,前者分别降低了约37%、51%、50%和70%;后者分别降低了约37%、31%、44%和29%。
     阳性试验组、川西獐牙菜和椭圆叶花锚低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组都能极显著的降低高脂模型血清中甘油三酯水平,前者分别降低了约36%、50%、24%和12%,降甘油三酯效用表现出随剂量的增大而降低;后者分别降低了约36%、28%、39%和52%,降甘油三酯效用表现出随剂量的增大而增强。
     阳性试验组、川西獐牙菜和椭圆叶花锚低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组都能提高高脂模型血清中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平,前者分别提高了约19%、5%、12%和14%,与模型组相比只有川西獐牙菜高剂量组和阳性实验组表现出显著性(p<0.05)和极显著性(p<0.01);后者分别提高了约19%、3%、6%和6%,与模型组相比只有阳性实验组表现出极显著性(p<0.01)。
     阳性试验组、川西獐牙菜和椭圆叶花锚低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组都能降低高脂模型血清中低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平,前者分别约36%、12%、18%和33%,降低密度脂蛋白效用表现出随剂量的增大而降低;后者分别降低了约36%、35%、24%和44%,降低密度脂蛋白效用表现出随剂量的增大表现出降LDL先减弱后增大的效用。
In this paper, the wild plants in Western Qinghai-Tibet Plateau endemic Swertia and Halenia of wild species of plant alcohol extracts on mouse model of hyperlipidemia lipid-lowering effect. Tibetan medicinal plants through research, analysis and comparison of results showed that: Swertia Sichuan, Halenia the ethanol extract had significant lipid-lowering effect. The results are as follows:
     Positive test group western Swertia and Halenia the low dose group, middle dose group and high dose groups can significantly reduce the fat model serum total cholesterol level, the former decreased by about 37%, 51%, 50 % And 70%; the latter decreased by about 37%, 31%, 44% and 29%.
     Positive test group western Swertia and Halenia low dose group, middle dose group and high dose groups can significantly reduce serum triglyceride levels of fat model, the former decreased by about 36%, 50%, 24 % And 12%, lowering triglycerides showed the effectiveness of the increase with the dose reduced; the latter decreased by about 36%, 28%, 39% and 52%, lowering triglycerides showed the effectiveness of the increase with the dose And enhanced.
     Positive test group western Swertia and Halenia low dose group, middle dose group and high dose groups can improve the lipid model of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol serum levels, the former increased by about 19%, 5%, 12% and 14%, compared with the model of S. mussotii only the high dose group and the experimental group showed a positive significant (p <0.05) and highly significant (p <0.01); the latter were increased by about 19%, 3% , 6% and 6%, compared with the model group showed only a positive test was significant (p <0.01).
     Positive test group western Swertia and Halenia low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group model can reduce the fat levels of serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, the former were about 36%, 12%, 18% and 33 %, lower density lipoprotein show the effectiveness of the increase with the dose reduced; the latter decreased by about 36%, 35%, 24% and 44%, reducing the effectiveness of HDL increased with the dose demonstrated to show reduced LDL decreased first and then increases the effectiveness.
