C2C电子商务模式在南宁电信“宽网南宁”业务中的应用探讨

摘要
电子商务源于英文Electronic Commerce,简写为EC。其內容包含两个方面,一是电子方式,二是商贸活动。是利用简单、快捷、低成本的电子通讯方式,买卖双方不谋面地进行各种商贸活动。按照参与交易各方主体的类型不同,电子商务主要分为五类(B2C、B2B、B2G、C2G和C2C),本文论述的重点是C2C电子商务模式。
     近年来,C2C电子商务在世界范围内一直以很快的速度成长,代表企业是全球最大的C2C电子商务网站,全球最著名的拍卖站点—美国的eBay。而在中国,C2C电子商务的发展也是蒸蒸日上。伴随着各种环境的改善和成熟,人们越来越习惯于通过网络进行商务活动。近年来中国C2C电子商务发展的市场交易额逐年提高。2001年中国C2C电子商务市场仅为4.0亿元,到2005年该市场交易额高达137.1亿元,年均复合增、长率高达142.0%。由此可见,C2C电子商务日趋活跃,人们参与的网上交易热情也逐渐提高。C2C电子商务发展的方向,将会朝着以下五个方面健康良性地发展:
     1、用户数量增多,交易额大规模增长
     2、竞争加剧,导致市场快速走向成熟
     3、多模式融合与创新,尽显资源优势
     4、收费是必然的,但是还需要加以时日
     5、国际化趋势明显
     当前C2C市场三大领军运营商是淘宝、易趣、拍拍网。淘宝网作为中国第一大C2C交易平台,不断推出新功能体验以吸引更多的卖家与买家;拍拍网则作为后来者以黑马的姿态杀入C2C领域,凭借强大的腾讯QQ用户平台,快速建立起聚集更多年轻买家与卖家。eBay易趣在保持了一年稳步发展的过程后,于2006年底和TOM在线成立合资企业,新公司将拥有TOM在线良好的运营商资源和响应速度快、了解本土市场的执行团队,对于淘宝来说也将是个不可小视的对手。三个公司在网络拍卖、盈利模式、支付模式、物流模式、交流工具、搜索引擎、营销方式上,各有特色,各有不同侧重,给宽网南宁C2C平台的搭建提供了很好的借鉴。
     南宁电信于2007年推出了一个重要的业务—宽网南宁,这个业务是一个本地化的、最直观的、以城市三维地图为载体的信息检索平台,信息内容覆盖与市民日常生活息息相关的衣、食、住、行等各个方面。“宽网南宁”借助了政府的强大力量、各方CP/SP的合作力量、企事业单位的合作力量,将建设成为覆盖全市城乡的综合信息服务平台,并以统一的平台、界面以及良好的品牌树立中国电信新的服务型企业形象。宽网南宁可以提供多种业务模式,例如电子商务、电子教育、电子政务、电子金融和广告收入。本文在第四章的内容里,就C2C电子商务模式在宽网南宁业务中的应用问题,做了一些探讨。
Electric Commerce is one of the most important aspects of the internet to emerge. It is a useful general term for the conduct of business with the assistance of telecommunications and telecommunications-based tool. It allows people to exchange goods and services immediately and with no barriers of time or distance. According to the principal parts of the transaction, E-Commerce market can be divided into five categories: B2C, B2B, B2G, C2G, and C2C. What we discussed in this thesis is C2C.
     C2C market has developed very fast in all over the world during the past years. The pearl of the C2C eBusinesses is Ebay, one of the biggest and most famouse online auction website. C2C E-commerce also developed fast in china. Because of the improving of the environment, Chinese people are used to accept online business. The trading volume of C2C market in china is growing year by year. The turnover of C2C market in China was 0.4 billion RMB in 2001, and it became 13.71 billion RMB in 2005,the growth rate is 142.0%. Thus it can be seen that C2C E-Commerce has grown rapidly and people's passion of online business are increasing too. The development trend of C2C E-Commerce will include the following five aspects:
     1、The number of user will increase, amount of trading will also increase rapidly
     2、Competition will increase dramatically, result in the matureness of the C2C market
     3、Amalgamation and innovation of multimode
     4、Charge in the appropriate time
     5、Internationalization
     The leading companies of C2C market in china are Taobao, Ebay,and Paipai. Taobao is the biggest C2C online service provider in china. With consecutive new businesses functioning online, Taobao attracts more and more sellers and buyers. Resorted to the huge number of QQ users, many young buyers and sellers get together in PaiPai. After one year steady development, eBay and Tom Online established a joint venture at the end of 2006. The new company has the network operator's resource of Tom Online and has a rapid responding team which understands Chinese market. It is a powerful competitor to Taobao. There are different characteristics of these three companies in online auction, profit mode, payment method, logistics mode , communication method, search engine, and marketing strategy. They are good references for ECity Nanning.
     In 2007, Nanning Telecom introduced an important business: ECity Nanning which is a information retrieval system based on a localization and visual 3D map. It can provides many information including dressing, eating, living and traveling. Depending on the strength of the government, the cooperation of CP/SPs and enterprises, ECity Nanning will cover the city's urban and rural and will establish a new service-oriented corporate image of China Telecom. ECity Nanning can provide various business models, such as e-commerce, e-education, e-government, e-finance and advertising revenue. In Chapter IV, we discussed the application of C2C business in ECity Nanning.
