计算机控制多功能病理床的研制与开发

摘要
随着我国医疗事业的发展和计算机的普及与提高,计算机控制技术越来越多地应用于各行各业中,传统的医疗器械已经不能满足患者的需求了。在此推动下,医疗护理器械的开发势头迅猛,但由于各地经济发展的不平衡性以及诸多人为因素的影响,致使许多先进的医护设备得不到应用,给患者带来了许多不便。为了克服这种困难,研制一套功能齐全、造价低廉的护理器械尤为重要,在这种背景下,计算机控制多功能病理床应运而生了。
    计算机控制多功能病理床的研制,将填补国内外医疗护理器械方面的空白。针对于脑出血等生活不能自理的重患,有效地解决了原始病理床的缺陷。它依据人机工程学原理,采用计算机控制技术,通过单片机发出相应的控制指令,控制电机运动,驱动机械机构完成预定功能动作。在护理病人的同时,表征病人身体指数的一些重要参数,如血压、心率和体温,通过安装在床头的测量设备检测出来,由软件编程,传给医护人员分析处理。以网络形式组建的病理服务器,能有针对性的应用于单床位的特护病房和多床位的监控中心。系统设有多路接口,可根据需要与患者病理信息库相连,利用网络技术,有针对性地遵循医嘱进行有效的护理。在整个系统中,采用了以单片机AT89C52为中心的智能系统,能够实时、准确的控制床体运动、检测病人身体状况,并能报警显示,通过RS-232C将数据传送到计算机以便上位机处理。
With the development of medical treatment and the improvement of computers, computer control technique is more and more applied to all kinds of industries, Which results the sufferers don't satisfy traditional medical instruments. Under the impulse of this, the research of medical instruments greatly engages people's attention. But because of the unbalance of regional economic progress and a great deal of factitious factor, many advanced medical instrument are not suitably used, which brings a lot of inconveniences. In order to overcome difficulties, it is more important to study a suit of medical instrument that is multifunctional and cheap, so multifunctional pathological bed controlled by computer comes into being.
    The research of multifunctional pathological bed controlled by computer will supply a gap. It effectively resolves disadvantages of original pathological bed aiming at bad sufferers such as cerebral hemorrhage. According to the principle of ergonomics and computer control technique, instruction sent by single chip controls electromotor working and drives mechanical wheel completing preconcerted action. When it tends the patients, some important data which indicate patients' health are detected by equipment fitted in the head of bed, such as blood pressure, pulse and body's temperature. These data are transmitted to doctors and processed. The network server can be applied to special nursing of single bed and the watch of multi-bed. This system has multicenter interface and can connect with the pathological information database if requires, therefore the paramedics can effectually tend the patients under the advice of doctors using network technique. The system is an intelligent system centered by the single chip AT89C52, which can real-time, exactly control the bed working, detect the patients' health and give an alarm and display. The data are sent to the computer through the RS-232C to be dealt with conveniently.
