厦林公司扩能改造异地新建投资项目经济评价研究

摘要
党中央提出构建节约型社会,促进循环经济,实现可持续发展的社会发展纲领。对企业来说,要进一步转变经济增长方式,依靠技术进步,提高效率,实现经济增长。
     本文以科学发展观为统领,在理论研究的基础上,以厦林公司改扩造项目为对象,从厦林公司和我国现在化工设备销售现状出发,对厦林公司扩能改造项目进行了需求分析,研究并设计出与之相适应的经济评价指标体系,提出厦林公司扩能改造项目的实施方案,通过财务评价和社会评价对项目给出了综合分析和结论建议,进而验证了该项目的可行性。
     化工工业有着一定的特殊性和复杂性,因此很难用一般建设项目评价模式。以往的对化工决策评价偏于财务分析这种微观经济评价,评价结果也较粗糙,评价缺乏系统性。因此建立一套全面、合理的化工项目改扩建经济评价方法,以适应企业生存发展十分重要。本论文基于厦林公司增产改造项目经济分析为背景而确立的思路,目的在于提出一套新的化工工业项目评价方法,保证评价兼顾宏观和微观,在追求企业效益的同时,注重国家社会的利益;同时为国内其他同行业企业改扩建提供借鉴。
The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed building a conservation-oriented society to promote economy circulating and realize social development agenda with sustainable development. For an enterprise, what it should do is including transforming the styles of economic growth furtherly, relying on technological progress, improving efficiency, together with achieving economic growth.
     This paper is besides ruling on the theoritical analysisis,also in theory of scientific development concept, based on the XiaLin companies expanding and creating project as an object, analying the needs for XiaLin company expanding and creating project from the status of XiaLin company and Chinese chemical equipment sales. Researching and designing a corresponding economic evaluating system, proposing a implementation plan for XiaLin company expanding and creating project. Giving a comprehensive analysis and conclusions and recommendations through both the ways of financial evaluation and social evaluation. Finally the paper has verified the feasibility of the project.
     To some degreee, chemical enterprises are with the particularity and complexity, it is difficult to use normal evaluation model for a project. In the past, the evaluations and decisions for these kinds of enterprises were pretending to somewhat financial analysis ,that is micro-economic evaluation, the evaluating results were rough and lack of systematicness. Therefore, to establish a comprehensive and rational evaluating method for chemical enterprises’s expanding and creating project economic, which is vital to meet the needs of enterprise survival and development. This paper is based on the backgrouding of XiaLin companies expanding and creating project economic analysis of production against the background, what it wants to do is to propose a new set of chemical enterprises project evaluation method and ensure that the evaluation is both the macroscopic and microscopic. While enterprises are in the pursuit of business efficiency, they can focus on the interest of the state and society. Also this paper provides a reference for other domestic enterprises’expanding and creating projec in the same industry.
